    Abstract

    Blended Learning merupakan pembelajaran yang menggunakan dua strategi yaitu pembelajaran offline yang dilakukan di sekolah dan pembelajaran online yang dilakukan di rumah. Model pembelajaran yang dapat menjadi alternatif digunakan ketika pandemi (ketika kasusnya tidak terlalu tinggi yakni selain zona merah) adalah blended learning. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan proses (langkah-langkah) dalam mengimplementasikan blended learning di Taman Kanak-kanak dan mengidentifikasi hambatan dan kendala yang dihadapi guru, kepala sekolah, ataupun orang tua di Taman Kanak-kanak ketika menerapkan blended learning. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang peneliti gunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini mendeskripsikan tentang implementasi blended learning di Taman Kanak-kanak baik dalam mempersiapkan hal-hal yang perlu disiapkan sebelum pelaksanaan blended learning serta proses pembelajaran ketika blended learning serta kendala-kendala yang dialami ketika blended learning. Dari hasil penelitian, blended learning yang diterapkan di Taman Kanak-kanak pada anak usia dini dapat berjalan baik, efektif dan menjadi Alternatif yang dapat digunakan ketika pandemi.

    Blended Learning is learning that uses two strategies, namely offline learning that is done at school and online learning that is done at home. An alternative learning model that can be used during a pandemic (when the case is not too high, namely other than the red zone) is blended learning. This study aims to describe the process (steps) in implementing blended learning in Kindergarten and identify the obstacles and obstacles faced by teachers, principals, or parents in Kindergarten when implementing blended learning. This study uses a qualitative research approach with descriptive research methods. Data collection techniques that researchers use are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study describe the implementation of blended learning in Kindergarten, both in preparing the things that need to be prepared before the implementation of blended learning and the learning process when blended learning and the obstacles experienced when blended learning. From the results of the study, blended learning applied in Kindergarten for early childhood can run well, be effective and become an alternative that can be used during a pandemic.
