    Abstract

    Pendidikan abad 21 yang menerapkan kegiatan After school untuk menjadi
    wadah siswa dalam mengekspresikan kemampuan di luar akademik seharusnya
    berdampak positif kepada siswa. Tidak sedikit kegiatan yang malah di tafsirkan berbeda
    oleh anak dan membentuk sikap negatif kepada anak. Mengadakan kegiatan khusus
    sesudah pulang sekolah dengan membangun kerjasama, komunikasi, motivasi dan minat
    menjadi sebuah langkah kecil guna terciptanya sikap positif terhadap anak. Tujuan dari
    penelitian ini yakni untuk mengetahui bagaimana siswa membangun kerjasama dan
    komunikasi pada penerapan Tokkatsu di kegiatan After School dan untuk mengetahui
    minat dan motivasi siswa pada project based learning di kegiatan After School.
    Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Narrative Inquiry dimana dalam penyampaianya
    berbentuk narasi/cerita yang memudahkan pembaca untuk memahami hasil penelitian.
    Penerapan Tokkatsu di SDN Umbul Kapuk bisa diterima dengan cepat oleh para siswa,
    dapat terlihat dari bagaimana perkembangan pada komunikasi anak. Saat anak dibentuk
    kelompok kecil anak mulai dapat terbiasa dengan diskusi dan berkomunikasi dengan
    baik juga anak bisa bekerjasama dengan teman sebayanya. Melihat tujuan Tokkatsu itu
    sendiri disini anak mulai memiliki rasa sikap positif dan aktif. Dilihat dari antusias
    mereka akan kegiatan kelompok. Dan bisa menyampaikan pendapat mereka melalui
    komunikasi yang baik. pada kegatan PjBl (Project Based Learning) anak memiliki
    minat yang didorong oleh motivasi itu sendiri dimana saat anak membuat sebuah projek
    bersama teman kelompoknya, anak melakukannya dengan semangat dan tekun. Ini
    dasari oleh lingkungan kelompok anak sendiri yang membuat anak bisa lebih tertarik
    untuk mengerjakan dan menyelesaikan projek yang dibuat.

    21st century education that applies after school activities to be a place for
    students to express abilities outside the academic should have a positive impact
    on students. Not a few activities that are even interpreted differently by children
    and form a negative attitude to children. Holding special activities after school by
    building cooperation, communication, motivation and interest becomes a small
    step in order to create a positive attitude towards children. The purpose of this
    study is to determine how students build cooperation and communication on the
    application of Tokkatsu in after School activities and to determine the interest and
    motivation of students in project based learning in after School activities. This
    study uses Narrative Inquiry method where in the form of storytelling narrative /
    story that makes it easier for readers to understand the results of research. The
    application of Tokkatsu in Sdn Umbul Kapuk can be accepted quickly by the
    students, it can be seen from how the development of children's communication.
    When children are formed small groups of children can begin to get used to the
    discussion and communicate well also children can cooperate with their peers.
    Seeing the purpose of Tokkatsu itself here the child begins to have a sense of
    positive and active attitude. Judging from their enthusiasm for group activities.
    And can express their opinions through good communication. in the activity of
    PjBl (Project Based Learning) children have an interest driven by motivation itself
    where when children make a project with their group Friends, children do it with
    passion and perseverance. This is based on the children's own group environment
    that makes children more interested in working on and completing projects made.
