Abstract
Mengelola SDM dalam hal ini meningkatkan kinerja profesional guru dapat dilakuan dengan pendekatan strategi kompetitif yang melibatkan secara kontektual analisis terhadap isue-isue yang berkembang sebagai bahan masukan dalam menentukan program dengan menyusun dan menggali potensi strategik sehingga pada akhirnya dapat diperoleh profil guru yang memiliki kualifikasi dan sesuai dengan Ketentuan yang berlaku. Kondisi eksternal dan internal dalam mewujudkan guru yang professional harus lebih mendapat perhatian pada aktifitas manajemen SDM. Penegasan ini didasarkan pelaksanaan 4 standar kompetensi guru (core Bussines) pendidikan masih terdapat kesejangan/GAP antara kondisi internal dan eksternal. Permasalahan berdasarkan kesejangan/ GAP yang terjadi adalah bagaimana kontribusi kondisi internal dan eksternal terhadap kinerja profesional guru SMA di Kota Bekasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif melalui pendekatan kuantitatif terhadap 112 guru yang dijadikan sampel penelitian, diajukan hipotesis sebagai berikut: “Terdapat kontribusi positif dan signifikan secara bersama Komitmen Organisasi, Kecerdasan emosional, Budaya Organisasi, Kompensasi dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Peningkatan Kinerja profesional guru Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri (SMAN) di Kota Bekasi, Jawa Barat. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan besarnya kontribusi adalah: 1) Komitmen Organisasi (X1) terhadap Kinerja profesional guru (Y) sebesar 10,82%. 2) Kecerdasan Emosional (X2) terhadap Kinerja profesional guru (Y) sebesar 30,69%. 3) Budaya Organisasi (X3) terhadap Kinerja profesional guru (Y) sebesar 15,44%. 4) Kompensasi (X4) terhadap Kinerja profesional guru (Y) sebesar 17,89%. 5) Kepuasan Kerja (X5) terhadap Kinerja profesional guru (Y) sebesar 15,37%. Dan 6) Variabel-variabel tersebut secara bersama-sama terhadap Profesional Guru (Y) sebesar 35,28%, atau 64,7% variabel kinerja profesional guru (Y) dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dikaji dalam penelitian ini. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah terdapat kontribusi Komitmen Organisasi, Kecerdasan Emosional, Budaya Organisasi, Kompensasi dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja profesional guru SMA Negeri di Kota Bekasi. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka untuk meningkatkan kinerja profesional guru perlu diperhatikan faktor-faktor ekternal dan internal terutama dalam melaksanakan pendidikan dan pelatihan guru. Manages human resources in this case increasing professionalism of teacher performance can be done with approach of competitive strategy which involving analysis contextual to developing issues as input component in determining program by compiling and digs strategic potency so that in the end obtainable teacher profile having qualification and valid regulation.. Condition of external and internal in realizing professional teacher should more get attention at management activity of human resources such as more concern about: teacher internal condition ( emotional intelligence , compensation and job satisfaction) and external condition ( Cultural and commitment of organization) . This affirmative based on two rationales: In execution of 4 standard teacher competency (core Business) education still found space / GAP between internal and external conditions. Identification of Problems based on analysis gap happened is how contribution of internal condition and external to professionalism of high school teachers performance in Bekasi. By using descriptive research method passed quantitative approach to 112 teachers taken as research sample, submitted hypothesis as follows: " There is positive contribution and significant collectively between organization commitment, Emotional intellegence , Organization Culture, Compensation and Job satisfaction to Professional of Teacher Performance of high school (SMAN) in Bekasi, West Java. Based on the result of research shows level of contribution are: 1) Commitment of Organization (X1) to Professional of Teacher Performance (Y) equal to 10,82%. 2) Emotional Intellegence (X2) to Professional of Teacher Performance (Y) equal to 30,69%. 3) Organization Culture (X3) to Professional of Teacher Performance (Y) equal to 15,44%. 4) Compensation (X4) to Professional of Teacher Performance ( Y) equal to 17,89%. 5) Job satisfaction (X5) to Professional of Teacher Performance (Y) equal to 15,37%. And 6) The variables together to Professional of Teacher Performance (Y) equal to 35,28%, or 64,7% Professional of Teacher Performance (Y) influenced by other factor of which is not studied in this research. Research conclusion is there is contribution between organizational commitment, Emotional Intellegence, Organization Culture, Compensation and Job satisfaction to Professional of Teacher Performance of SMA Negeri in Bekasi. Based on the this conclusion, hence to increase teacher performance professional need to be paid attention on external and internal factors especially in executing education and teacher training.
