Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh perkembangan digitalisasi yang menuntut adanya kesiapan sumberdaya manusia dalam menerapkan seluruh aspek bagi keberlangsungan hidup dalam masyarakat. Kondisi ini memposisikan pendidikan masyarakat sebagai pondasi utama dalam membangun struktur paradigma belajar khususnya program dalam pembelajaran pada pelatihan bagi peningkatan kapasitas sumberdaya manusia. Salah satu lembaga di Indonesia yang fokus terhadap pengelolaan pelatihan bagi peningkatan kompetensi digital khususnya dalam bidang digital marketing bagi relawan wakaf yaitu AQL Islamic Center melalui unit kerja Berkah Berjamaah, lembaga ini berhasil menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan peningkatan kompetensi digital marketing peserta yang terdiri dari para relawan berasal dari berbagai latar belakang daerah, tingkat pendidikan dan keseluruhan peserta merupakan orang dewasa. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan metode simulasi berbasis andragogi dalam meningkatkan kompetensi digital marketing pada pelatihan whatsapp blaster bagi relawan wakaf yang bertempat di AQL islamic Center. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi langsung, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Pengujian validitas data dilakukan dengan triangulasi sumber, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan teknik reduksi, display, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Pelatihan whatsapp blaster bagi relawan wakaf di AQL Islamic Center telah menerapkan tahapan metode simulasi secara optimal sesuai langkah- langkah dalam metode pembelajaran, terlihat dari proses pembelajaran dari awal hingga akhir yang terlaksana selama pelatihan berlangsung. 2) Pelaksanaan pelatihan menggunakan pendekatan pembelajaran orang dewasa dengan memperhatikan konsep diri peserta, pengalaman, kesiapan belajar peserta dan orientasi belajar peserta. 3) Terlihat adanya peningkatan kompetensi digital marketing khususnya dalam kemampuan menggunakan whatsapp blaster bagi para peserta pelatihan yang diperlihatkan melalui kemampuan broadcasting pesan whatsapp, kemampuan teknik penambahan database kontak, kemampuan teknik auto reply dan kemampuan teknik closing donatur wakaf. Kata Kunci: Metode Simulasi, Andragogi, Pelatihan This research is motivated by the development of digitalization which demands the readiness of human resources in implementing all aspects for survival in society. This condition positions community education as the main foundation in building a learning paradigm structure, especially programs in learning in training for increasing human resource capacity. One of the institutions in Indonesia that focuses on managing training for increasing digital competence, especially in the field of digital marketing for waqf volunteers, namely the AQL Islamic Center through the Berkah Berjamaah work unit. various regional backgrounds, educational levels and all participants were adults. This study aims to determine the application of andragogy-based simulation methods in improving digital marketing competence in whatsapp blaster training for waqf volunteers located at the AQL Islamic Center. The method used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data was collected by direct observation, interviews and documentation studies. Testing the validity of the data is done by triangulation of sources, while the data analysis uses the techniques of reduction, display, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that 1) WhatsApp blaster training for waqf volunteers at AQL Islamic Center had implemented the stages of the simulation method optimally according to the steps in the learning method, seen from the learning process from beginning to end that was carried out during the training. 2) The implementation of the training uses an adult learning approach by taking into account the participants' self-concepts, experiences, participants' learning readiness and participants' learning orientations. 3) It is seen that there is an increase in digital marketing competence, especially in the ability to use whatsapp blaster for training participants which is shown through the ability to broadcast whatsapp messages, the ability to add contact database techniques, the ability to auto reply techniques and the ability to close waqf donors.
