Abstract
SMK Pasundan 3 Kota Cimahi sudah menerapkan sistem Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru secara online (PPDB-online) sejak tahun 2019. Sudah 3 tahun berjalan dan telah terjadi perubahan serta perbaikan pada sistem agar tidak terjadi kesalahan pada sistem. Oleh karena itu perlu diadakan audit pada sistem PPDB-online yang masih dalam tahap pengembangan untuk peningkatan dimasa yang akan dating. Dan salah satu alat ukur dalam audit sistem informasi adalah Framework COBIT 5 (Control Objectives for Information & related Technology). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara mengukur objek penelitian secara mendasar meliputi pengukuran 5 domain utama yaitu Align, plan and organize (APO), Evaluate, direct, and monitoring (EDM), Build, acquire and implement (BAI), Deliver, service and support (DSS), Monitor, evaluate and assess (MEA) yang diproses menggunakan model kapabilitas (capability model). Berdasarkan penelitian, nilai kapabilitas PPDB-online pada SMK Pasundan 3 Kota Cimahi telah mencapai tingkat rata-rata pada level 4 yang bisa diartikan sistem sudah terkelola dengan baik. SMK Pasundan 3 Cimahi City has implemented an online New Student Admission system (PPDB-online) since 2019. It has been 3 years running and there have been changes and improvements to the system so that there are no errors in the system. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct an audit on the online PPDB system which is still in the development stage for future improvements. And one of the measuring tools in the audit of information systems is the Framework COBIT 5(Control Objectives for Information & related Technology). This research was conducted by measuring the object of research in a fundamental way including measuring 5 main domains, namely Align, plan and organize (APO), Evaluate, direct, and monitoring (EDM), Build, acquire and implement (BAI), Deliver, service and support ( DSS), Monitor, evaluate and assess (MEA) which is processed using the capabilitymodel. Based on the research, the value of PPDB-online capability at SMK Pasundan 3 Cimahi City has reached an average level of level 4 which means the system is well managed.
