Abstract

Model pembiasaan (habituasi) merupakan bagian dari sistem nilai budaya yang berfungsi sebagai petunjuk atau pedoman untuk menanamkan kedisiplinan seseorang, yang harus dimulai sejak kanak-kanak melalui jalur pendidikan informal di dalam keluarga dan masyarakat serta pendidikan formal di sekolah. Pembinaan kedisiplinan siswa melalui pembiasaan di lingkungan pendidikan formal harus dilaksanakan secara holistic dan dirancang dalam suatu sistem yang terarah. Bagaimana pembinaan kedisiplinan melalui model pembiasaan tersebut, maka dibuat rumusan masalah sebagi berikut: (1) Model pembiasaan apa saja yang diterapkan dalam membina kedisiplinan siswa di SMP DTBS Bandung? (2) Bagaimana proses pembinaan kedisiplinan siswa melalui model pembiasaan di SMP DTBS Bandung? (3) Bagaimana bentuk-bentuk perilaku mandiri siswa yang tercermin dalam kegiatan di lingkungan sekolah dan lingkungan asrama? (4) Apa saja faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam melaksanakan pembinaan kedisiplinan siswa melalui model pembiasaan di SMP DTBS Bandung?. Pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, sedangkan metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus. Penelitian dilakukan di SMP Daarut Tauhid Boarding School Bandung, sedangkan yang menjadi subjek penelitian adalah pelaksana pendidikan di SMP Daarut Tauhid Boarding School Bandung yaitu Wakasek Kurikulum, Wakasek Kesiswaan, Pembina Ekstrakurikuler, Pengasuh Asrama, Binsis, Guru PKn, Mudaris dan Siswa. Hasil penelitian yang penulis peroleh yaitu: (1) Model pembiasaan yang diterapkan di SMP DTBS Bandung dalam membina kedisiplinan siswa bertujuan untuk mencetak pribadi sholeh dan berakhlakul karimah yang meliputi seluruh kegiatan siswa, (2) Proses pelaksanaan pembinaan kedisiplinan melalui pembiasaan telah berhasil dilaksanakan sesuai dengan rancangan kurikulum khas sekolah Pesantren Daarut Tauhid, 3) Bentuk perilaku disiplin siswa terlihat dalam kegiatan di kelas, kegiatan eksrakurikuler dan dalam keseharian siswa di Asrama. Perpaduan antara sikap disiplin siswa dengan model pembiasaan yang diterapkan di SMP Daarut Tauhid Bandung akan menjadi pengarah dan pedoman juga untuk mewujudkan kejujuran dan tanggung jawab siswa yang nantinya tercermin di dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, (4) Keteladanan, keistiqomahan, aturan yang baik dan kerja sama dari semua pihak menjadi faktor pendukung dalam membina kedisiplinan siswa. Sedangkan perbedaan karakteristik siswa, minimnya sarana dan prasarana sera efek negatif dari perkembangan IPTEK menjadi kendala dalam proses pembinaan kedisiplinan siswa di SMP Daarut Tauhid Boarding School Bandung. Habituation is part of the cultural value system that serves as instructions or guidance to embed one’s discipline that should start since childhood through informal education within the family and society and formal education in the school. Fostering students’ discipline through habitation in the formal education environment should be implemented in a holistic and designed in the targeted system. To know how fostering discipline through the habitation described in the following problem identification: (1) what habituation applied in fostering the students’ discipline at Daarut Tauhid Junior Secondary Boarding School Bandung? (2) How the fostering students’ discipline process through habituation at Daarut Tauhid Junior Secondary Boarding School Bandung? (3) How independent forms of behavior that reflects on the activities of students in the school and dormitory environment? (4) What are the factors supporting and inhibiting in implementing the fostering students’ discipline through habituation at Daarut Tauhid Junior Secondary Boarding School Bandung?. The approach adopted in this study is qualitative approach, where the method used is a case study. The study conducted in SMP Daarut Tauhid Boarding School Bandung, while the subject of the study is the education implementors specifically Vice Principal of Curriculum, Vice Principal of Student Affairs, Extracurricular Advisor, Dormitory Caretaker, Binsis, Civics Teacher, Mudaris and Students. The study’s results obtained by the author are: (1) The habituation model applied at Daarut Tauhid Junior Secondary Boarding School in building student discipline was aimed to create pious and well-mannered individuals, covering all of the students’ activities, (2) The process of building student discipline through habituation was successfully implemented according to the curriculum specially designed by Daarut Tauhid Boarding School, (3) The well-disciplined attitudes of the students were observable during their classroom activities, extracurricular activities, and daily activities in the dormitory. The unification of students’ discipline behavior and habituation implemented at Daarut Tauhid Junior Secondary Boarding School Bandung will be a steering and guidance to actualize students’ honesty and responsibility that will show in the daily life, (4) Exemplary, consistency, good regulations, and cooperation from all parties became the supporting factors in building student discipline. Meanwhile, students’ varying characteristics, minimum infrastructure, and negative effects of the development of science and technology were the hindrances of the process of building student discipline at Daarut Tauhid Junior Secondary Boarding School Bandung. .
