Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 yang melanda Indonesia saat ini sangat berpengaruh terhadap berbagai aspek kehidupan. Berbagai kegiatan yang awalnya dilakukan secara tatap muka, diganti menjadi pertemuan daring menggunakan berbagai media yang ada. Begitupun dengan pembelajaran di masa pandemi yang harus dilaksanakan secara daring karena adanya pandemi COVID-19. Hal ini tentunya memiliki tujuan untuk menekan angka penyebaran COVID-19. Pada momen seperti ini, berbagai pihak didunia pendidikan, guru khususnya, berlomba-lomba untuk menemukan cara untuk melakukan kegiatan belajar mengajar yang efektif meskipun tidak dilaksanakan dengan tatap muka. Salah satu komponen pembelajaran yang bisa di modifikasi adalah manajemen kelas. Manajemen kelas di masa pandemi sangat penting karena akan berdampak langsung pada kegiatan belajar mengajar yang dilakukan secara daring. Hal ini mendorong peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian terhadap manajemen kelas daring yang dilaksanakan di SMK. Dari hasil penelitian didapat bahwa di tempat penelitian, kendala jaringan dan kuota internet pada siswa (infrastruktur) menjadi kendala utama dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring. Hal tersebut tentunya berdampak pada perencanaan manajemen kelas daring yang mengharuskan pembelajaran daring tetap berlangsung meskipun beriringan dengan kendala yang ada dan tetap memerhatikan manfaat dari dilaksanakannya pembelajaran. Maka dari itu, Penggunaan google classroom serta penuggasan inti berupa catatan bagi siswa dinilai efektif untuk menangani permasalahan tersebut. Begitupun dengan praktikum. Dengan berbagai pertimbangan, praktikum masih bisa dilaksanakan dengan memodifikasi teknis jalannya praktikum serta waktu dari praktikum itu sendiri. Likewise, learning during the pandemic must be carried out online due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This of course has the aim of reducing the spread of COVID-19. At a moment like this, various parties in the education world, especially teachers, are competing to find ways to carry out effective teaching and learning activities even though they are not carried out face-to-face. One of the learning components that can be modified is classroom management. Classroom management during the pandemic is very important because it will have a direct impact on online teaching and learning activities. This encourages researchers to conduct research on online classroom management carried out in SMK. From the results of the study, it was found that at the research site, network constraints and internet quotas for students (infrastructure) were the main obstacles in the implementation of online learning. This of course has an impact on online classroom management planning which requires online learning to continue even though it is in tandem with existing obstacles and still pays attention to the benefits of implementing learning. Therefore, the use of google classroom and core assignments in the form of notes for students are considered effective in dealing with these problems. Likewise with practice. With various considerations, the practicum can still be carried out by modifying the technical course of the practicum and the time of the practicum itself.
