Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Kompetensi Profesional Guru Terhadap Kualitas Proses Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ) di Sekolah Dasar Se-Kecamatan Cicendo Kota Bandung” yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis gambaran pengaruh kompetensi profesional guru terhadap kualitas proses PJJ Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Cicendo Kota Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, yang menjadi populasi yaitu guru sekolah dasar se-Kecamatan Cicendo yang berjumlah 387 orang. Sampel dihitung menggunakan rumus Yamane dengan hasil sebanyak 79 orang. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik probability sampling dengan bentuk Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling yaitu pengambilan sampel secara acak dan berstrata secara proposional. Analisis perhitungan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan Microsoft Excel 2016 dan SPSS versi 25.00 for Windows. Berdasarkan pengolahan data yang dilakukan dengan perhitungan Weight Means Score (WMS), menunjukan bahwa Kompetensi Profesional Guru berada pada kategori sangat baik dengan rata-rata indikator variabel sebesar 4,32. Sedangkan untuk Kualitas Proses PJJ di Sekolah Dasar SeKecamatan Cicendo Kota Bandung berada pada kategori baik dengan rata-rata indikator variabel sebesar 3,91. Analisis korelasi antara kompetensi profesional guru terhadap kualitas proses PJJ memiliki hubungan cukup kuat dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,579. Besarnya pengaruh kompetensi profesional guru terhadap kualitas proses PJJ berdasarkan hasil uji determinasi sebesar 33,5%. Hasil perhitungan signifikansi diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 6,230, sedangkan ttabel dengan α = 0,05 adalah 1,665 artinya thitung > ttabel yaitu 6,230 > 1,665 terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel X dan Y. Adapun kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah kompetensi professional dan kualitas proses PJJ mempunyai pengaruh positif yang signifikan, asrtinya jika kompetensi professional guru baik maka akan berngaruh terhadap peningkatan kualitas proses pembelajaran. The study aims to analyze the effect of teacher professional competence on the quality of the PJJ process in Elementary Schools in Cicendo District, Bandung City. The research method used is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, the population in this study were elementary school teachers in Cicendo District, amounting to 387 people. The sample was calculated using the Yamane formula with the results of 79 people. The sampling technique used in this study is a probability sampling technique in the form of Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling, which is sampling randomly and proportionally stratified. The calculation analysis in this study uses the help of Microsoft Excel 2016 and SPSS version 25.00 for Windows. Based on data processing carried out by calculating the Weight Means Score (WMS), it shows that the Professional Competence of Teachers is in the very good category with an average variable indicator of 4.32. Meanwhile, the Quality of the PJJ Process in Elementary Schools in Cicendo District, Bandung City is in the good category with an average variable indicator of 3.91. The correlation analysis between the professional competence of teachers and the quality of the PJJ process has a fairly strong relationship with a correlation coefficient of 0.579. The magnitude of the influence of teacher professional competence on the quality of the PJJ process based on the results of the determination test is 33.5%. The results of the calculation of significance obtained the value of tcount of 6.230, while ttable with = 0.05 is 1.665 meaning tcount > ttable that is 6.230 > 1.665 there is a significant relationship between variables X and Y. The conclusion of this study is that professional competence and the quality of the PJJ process have a significant positive effect, meaning that if the professional competence of teachers is good, it will have an effect on improving the quality of the learning process.
