Abstract
Permasalahan utama yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah produktivitas kerja karyawan home industry kerudung di daerah Majalaya Kabupaten Bandung. Hal ini menunjukan pencapaian target produksi tidak tercapai. Berdasarkan data yang didapatkan tampak terlihat penurunan produktivitas. Diketahui penyebab penurunan produktivitas kerja karyawan home industry kerudung dai daerah Majalaya Kabupaten Bandung karena pengalaman kerja yang rendah sehingga tingkat produksi kurang. Oleh karena itu perusahaan harus meningkatkan meningkatkan produksinya. Tujuan penelitian ini 1) Untuk mengetahui tingkat pengalaman kerja karyawan home industry kerudung di daerah Majalaya Kabupaten Bandung. 2) Untuk mengetahui tingkat produktivitas kerja home industry kerudung di Kecamatan Majalaya Kabupaten Bandung, 3) Untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh pengalaman kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan home industry kerudung di daerah Majalaya Kabupaten Bandung. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan home industry kerudung di daerah Kecamatan Majalaya Kabupaten Bandung. Variable bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah pengalaman kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja sebagai variable terikat. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatif dan metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory survey dengan teknik sampel jenuh dengan jumlah sampel 64 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana dengan alat bantu software komputer SPSS 16.0. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat gambaran bahwa 1) Tingkat pengalaman kerja karyawan home industry kerudung di Kecamatan Majalaya Kabupaten Bandung berada pada kategori sangat tinggi, 2) Tingkat produktivitas kerja karyawan home industry kerudung di daerah Kecamatan Majalaya Kabupaten Bandung ini sangat tinggi, 3) pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas dengan tingkat korelasi 31,2% dan sisanya 68,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini direkomendasikan sebagai dasar untuk dilakukannya penelitian lain mengenai pengalaman kerja dan produktivitas kerja dengan indikator serta objek yang berbeda. This shows the achievement of production targets are not achieved . Based on the data obtained was seen a decrease in productivity . Known causes of decreased employee productivity home industry hoods in Majalaya area of Bandung regency work experience low due to less production levels . Therefore, companies must increase to increase production . The purpose of this study 1 ) To determine the level of employee experience home industry veil in the area Majalaya Bandung regency . 2 ) To determine the level of productivity of domestic industries in the district hoods Majalaya Bandung regency , 3 ) To determine the influence of work experience on labor productivity home industry veil in the area Majalaya Bandung regency . Objects in this study were employees of domestic industry in the District of veil Majalaya Bandung regency . Independent variable in this study is the work experience on labor productivity as the dependent variable . This type of research is descriptive verification and the method used is explanatory survey technique with saturated sample with a sample of 64 respondents . The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis with the computer software tool SPSS 16.0 . In this research, the evidence shows that 1) the level of employee experience domestic industry hoods in District Majalaya Bandung District are at very high category , 2 ) level of labor productivity of household industry craftsman hoods in Bandung regency Majalaya District area is very high , 3 ) work experience has a positive effect on the productivity of the correlation rate of 31.2 % and the remaining 68.8 % is influenced by other factors . Recommended based on the results of this study as a basis for other studies done on work experience and work productivity with indicators and different objects .
