Abstract
Perkembangan pariwisata di kota Bandung di dukung dengan berkembangannya situs website dalam proses pencarian informasi wisatawan sebelum memutuskan berkunjung ke kota Bandung. Didalam sebuah website terdapat fitur-fitur yang mendukung dalam pencarian informasi tersebut. Dalam pengambilan keputusan berkunjung wisatawan, wisatawan akan memperhatikan subkeputusan yang akan mereka ambil. Salah satunya adalah dengan mengunjungi sebuah website. Sehingga dari mengunjungi sebuah website tersebut maka wisatawan dapat memutuskan untuk mengunjungi kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif verifikatif. Dengan menggunakan metode ini, maka dapat diperoleh deskripsi mengenai bagaimana fitur website dalam pencarian informasi pariwisata kota Bandung oleh wisatawan dan juga bagaimana keputusan berkunjung wisatawan yang berkunjung ke kota Bandung, juga bagaimana pengaruh antara fitur website terhadap keputusan berkunjung. Selain itu juga akan dilakukan pengujian hipotesis berdasarkan hasil analisis data dari instrumen penelitian yaitu kuisioner dan hasil wawancara serta observasi. Dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa fitur website memiliki nilai yang positif dalam pengambilan keputusan berkunjung wisatawan di kota Bandung. Pada pengujian hipotesis juga diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara fitur website terhadap keputusan berkunjung. Fitur website dan keputusan berkunjung pada penelitian terdapat hubungan yang sedang. Kata Kunci : Pariwisata kota Bandung, Fitur website, Keputusan Berkunjung. The development of tourism in the bandung city, supported by develop website in the search process information before deciding travelers visiting Bandung. Within a website there are features that support in the search for such information. In decision visiting tourists, tourists will notice the sub decision that they will take. One is by visiting a website. So from visiting a website that travelers can then decide to visit the city of Bandung. This study uses descriptive verification research methods. By using this method, we can obtain a description of how the features of the website in search of information Bandung city tourism by tourists and also how decisions visiting tourists visiting the city of Bandung, also how to influence the decision to visit the website features. Besides that this researches also be testing the hypothesis based on the analysis of data from the questionnaires and research instruments on interviews and observation. From the results of this research note that the website features has a positive value in the decision tourist visiting Bandung. On the hypothesis testing is also known that there are significant between the decision to visit the website features.
