Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kreativitas, inovasi, dan kinerja usaha, mengetahui pengaruh kreativitas terhadap inovasi, serta pengaruh kreativitas dan inovasi terhadap kinerja usaha pada UMKM Laundry di Kecamatan Sukasari, Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 49 pelaku usaha laundry di Kecamatan Sukasari, Kota Bandung. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan sampel jenuh. Uji validitas instrumen menggunakan korelasi product moment dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan alpha cronbach. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Uji asumsi klasik meliputi uji normalitas, uji linieritas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan Analisis Jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa UMKM memiliki kreativitas yang optimal sebesar 79.71% artinya UMKM sudah optimal dalam menggunakan daya kreativitasnya dan UMKM memiliki kemampuan berinovasi yang optimal sebesar 76.94%, artinya UMKM sudah mampu untuk bersifat terbuka dan kritis untuk menciptakan produk/jasa yang baru. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kreativitas berpengaruh positif terhadap inovasi serta kreativitas dan inovasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja usaha pada UMKM laundry di Kecamatan Sukasari, Kota Bandung. This Research use quantitative reseach with descriptive and verification methods. The sample are 49 Laundry SMEs in the District of Sukasari, Bandung City. The research use saturated sampling method. The instrument validity was assessed by product moment correlation and the reliability by cronbach’s alpha, using questionnares as a data collection technic. The classic assumption test includes the normality test, the linearity test, the multicollinearity test, and the heteroscedasticity test. Data analysis techniques using path analysis. The result of this research is the SMEs had optimal creativity of 79.71%, meaning that SMEs were optimal in using their creativity and SMEs had the optimal ability to innovate at 76.94%, meaning that SMEs were able to be open and critical to creating new products / services. The results of study showed that creativity had a positive effect on innovation and creativity and innovation had an effect on business performance at laundry SMEs in the District of Sukasari, Bandung City.
