Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengetahuan dan sikap siswa SMKN 6 Bandung terhadap pelaksanaan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) pada praktik Pekerjaan Dasar Elektromekanik (PDE) sesuai dengan SKKNI. Dalam penelitian ini informan yang dimaksud adalah siswa kelas X Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik SMKN 6 Bandung tahun pelajaran 2019/2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Pengugunaan teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini meliputi ujian pemahaman, wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Dalam hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pertama, yaitu Sikap siswa dalam melaksanakan K3 pada praktik Pekerjaan Dasar Elektromekanik di SMKN 6 Bandung masih perlu di ingatkan terkait kesadaran akan keselamatan kerja masih rendah terutama dalam kebersihan pribadi. Hal ini disebabkan karena pihak sekolah kurang memperhatikan aspek K3 saat praktik membuat informan terbiasa dan tidak memperhatikan keselamatan kerja terhadap diri sendiri. Kedua, yaitu Secara umum, siswa telah memahami tentang K3 dalam beberapa kriteria unjuk kerja seperti K3 umum, Alat Pelindung Diri (APD), dan K3 terhadap lingkungan seperti yang telah mereka pelajari pada semester 1 sebelumnya, namun pemahaman siswa masih perlu ditingkatkan dengan tujuan agar siswa dapat meminimalisir bahaya kerja dan menciptakan suasana kerja yang aman dan nyaman. Ketiga, yaitu Pelaksanaan K3 Pada praktik PDE telah menyesuaikan dengan pelaksanaan K3 industri yang merujuk dalam instalasi listrik bangun sederhana SKKNI KTL.IK02.118.01. Pelaksanaan sudah cukup di implementasikan meskipun masih terdapat beberapa aspek yang belum sesuai seperti kriteria unjuk kerja yang belum dipahami dan dilaksanakan oleh siswa pada saat praktik. Abtsract The primary purpose in this study is to know the knowledge and attitude of bandung students toward the administration of safety and health work (K3) on basic electromechanical work (PDE) according to the SKKNI. In this study the target was an x class of technical engineering of bandung power year 2019-2020. The study USES qualitative methods with a qualitative descriptive approach. The use of data-collection techniques conducted in this study includes tests of understanding, in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. In the results of this study, the student's attitude toward executing K3 on basic electromechanical work practices in bandung still needs to be reminded that awareness of work safety is low, especially in personal hygiene. This is because school officials pay little attention to the K3 aspect when practice makes the informer habitual and fail to pay attention to the safety of the work. Second, that is, students have generally understood K3 in some specific criteria for protests such as common K3, selfprotection (APD), and K3 against the environment as they have learned in the previous semester, but student understanding still needs to be increased with the purpose that students can minimize occupational hazards and create a safe and comfortable working environment. The third, namely K3 implementation of the practice of PDE, has been adjusted to the implementation of K3 industries, which is referred to a simple SKKNI KTL.IK02,118.01 electricity plant. Implementation is sufficient even though there are still some aspects which have not been consistent with the criteria for a demonstration that students do not understand and implement at the time of practice.
