Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya hasil belajar siswa yang rendah pada mata pelajaran ekonomi dilihat dari Ujian Kenaikan Kelas SMA/SMAS di Kabupaten Cianjur dan penelitian ini juga difokuskan pada hasil belajar yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor eksternal yaitu dalam segi instrumental input (guru). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa yang dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi guru pada siswa kelas XI IPS SMA di Kabupaten Cianjur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei explanatori. Objek peneliti berjumlah 142 orang siswa kelas XI IPS SMA di Kabupaten Cianjur. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistika deskirptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Kompetensi pedagogik berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa, kompetensi profesional berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa, kompetensi kepribadian berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa dan kompetensi sosial tidak berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa dan besarnya pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensi sosial dan kompetensi profesional terhadap hasil belajar ssebesar 45,3% dan sisanya 54,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar model yang diteliti.; This research was motivated by low student learning outcomes in economic subjects seen from the high school class increased examination in Cianjur district and This research also focused on learning outcomes that were influenced by external factors, namely in terms of instrumental input (teacher). This study aimed to determine student learning outcomes that were influenced by teacher competencies in students of grade XI Social Science (IPS) of senior high school in Cianjur Regency. This research used explanatory survey method. The object of the research was 142 students of grade XI Social Science (IPS) of senior high school in Cianjur regency. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistics. The result showed that: Pedagogic competence was infulenced to learning outcome, personality competency was influenced to learning outcome and social competence was not influenced to learning outcome, professional competence was influenced to learning outcome and the level of the influence of pedagogic competence, personality competence,social competence, and professional competence on learning outcomes was 45,3% and the rest which was 54,7% was infuenced by other factors beyond the model researched.
