    Abstract

    Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya fenomena yang menunjukkan adanya kompetensi gambar bangunan yang dibutuhkan di dunia kerja tetapi tidak di ajarkan di SMK. Oleh karena itu, perlu diukur tingkat kesesuaian dengan dilakukan pengontrolan dan penyeimbang melalui soal uji kompetensi keahlian baik secara teori maupun praktik. Sehingga, tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui tingkat kesesuaian antara soal uji kompetensi di sekolah dengan Standar Kompetensi Nasional Bidang Gambar Bangunan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif komparatif non hipotesis. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah soal uji kompetensi keahlian Teknik Gambar Bangunan. Data yang digunakan untuk mengungkap tingkat kesesuaian antara antara soal uji kompetensi keahlian di sekolah dengan Standar Kompetensi Nasional Bidang Gambar Bangunan. Data dianalisis dengan membandingkan antara tingkat kesesuaian kompetensi yang dilaksanakan dalam soal uji kompetensi keahlian dengan standar kompetensi nasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dalam pelaksanaan uji kompetensi keahlian teknik gambar bangunan secara teori terdapat 37 kompetensi yang diujikan, sedangkan secara praktik terdapat 28 kompetensi. Pada dasarnya total kompetensi yang menjadi dasar kompetensi sebagai lulus SMK (juru gambar muda) adalah 55 kompetensi. Dalam hal ini masih terdapat 10 kompetensi yang sama sekali tidak diujikan baik dalam ujian teori maupun ujian praktik

    The research is motivated by the existence of phenomenon that shows the competence of building drawings needed in the world of work but not taught in SMK. Therefore, it is necessary to measure the level of compliance with the control and balancing through a matter of competency test both theoretical and practical. Thus, the main purpose of this study is to determine the level of compatibility between the competency test questions in schools with the National Competency Standard of Building Drawings. The research method used is a comparative descriptive non hypothetical. Subjects in this study is a matter of competency test of Building Image Engineering. The data used to reveal the level of conformity between the questions of competence test skills in schools with the National Competency Standard of Building Image Field. Data were analyzed by comparing the competency level that was implemented in a matter of competence test with national competence standard. The results showed that in the implementation of competence test of building material engineering skill in theory there are 37 competence tested, whereas practically there are 28 competence. Basically the total competence that became the basis of competence as a graduate of SMK (young photographer) is 55 competence. In this case there are still 10 competences that are not tested in both the theory and practice exams
