Abstract
Berpikirkritis (critical thinking) merupakankemampuanberpikir yang paling pentingdalamduniapendidikankhususnyapadatingkatSekolahMenengahKejuruan (SMK). Fenomenadi Indonesia menunjukan, perkembangankeahliankhususatausoft skillpesertadidik yang belum optimal padalulusanSekolahMenengahKejuruan,menjadipenyebabutamamaraknyapengangguran. Penelitianinibertujuanuntukmerumuskan program bimbinganbelajarberbasisMastery Learning. Penelitianmenggunakanpendekatankuantitatif. Penelitiandilakukanterhadap 490 pesertadidikkelas XI di SMKN 5 Bandung TahunAjaran 2018/2019. Hasilpenelitianmenunjukansecaraumumberpikirkritispesertadidikberadapadakategoricukupmampu. Artinyapesertadidikperlumemilikikemampuanuntukmemahami proses berpikir, mengevaluasiinformasi, memperkirakanrisiko, memilikikecenderunganberhati-hati, memilikidorongankeingintahuan yang tinggi, terampilmenyampaikanpendapat, terampildalammerumuskantindakandansigapdalammenggunakanteknologi.Penelitianberhasilmerumuskan program bimbinganbelajarberbasismastery learninguntukmengembangkanberpikirkritis yang telahterujikelayakannyamelalui judgement pakardanpraktisibimbingandankonseling;---Critical thinking is the most important thinking ability especially at Vocational High School. The phenomenon in Indonesia shows that the lack of students’ soft skills development is main cause for unemployment. The purpose of this study is to configure academic guidance program based on mastery-learning. This study uses quantitative approach. This study was conducted on 490 students of 11th class at SMK Negeri 5 Kota Bandung academic year 2018/2019. The result of the study showed that in general thestudents are quite capable to think critically. It means students should have the ability to understand thinking process, evaluate information, estimating risks,cautious attitude, high curiosity, skilled at expressing opinions, skilled at composing action and skilled in using technology. The study succeeded in configureacademic guidance program based on mastery-learning to develop critical thinking which has been tested through expert judgement of guidance and counseling practitioners.
