Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kecemasan terhadap angka tingkat pengangguran yang cukup tinggi mendera pendidikan formal. Pendidikan nonformal diharapkan peranannya sesuai dengan amanat Undang-undang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional yaitu diperuntukkan bagi warga masyarakat yang memerlukan layanan pendidikan bertujuan sebagai penambah, pengganti, dan/atau pelengkap pendidikan formal dalam rangka mendukung terlaksananya pendidikan sepanjang hayat. Dalam penyelenggaraannya, pendidikan nonformal tidak luput dari kurikulum sebagai pedoman pelaksanaan pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kesesuaian pelaksanaan kurikulum pada Lembaga Kursus dan Pelatihan (LKP) sebagai salah satu satuan pendidikan nonformal di Kabupaten Bandung Barat dengan standar yang belaku secara nasional meliputi komponen input, proses pelaksanaan dan hasil / outcomes yang dihasilkan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan model evaluasi Countenance yang dikembangkan oleh Robert Stake dengan membandingkan matrik deksripsi dan matrik penilaian pada kriteria antecendent, transaction dan outcome. Sampel dari populasi penelitian adalah pendidik pada LKP program menjahit di Kabupaten Bandung Barat yang telah memiliki Nomer Pokok Sekolah Nasional (NPSN) dan terakreditasi baik untuk pelaksanaan program kursus menjahit. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pengujian Chi-Square untuk mengetahui tingkat kesesuaian antara standar kurikulum yang berlaku secara nasional dengan implementasi kurikulum pada LKP program menjahit. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah informasi terkait kesesuaian implementasi kurikulum pada LKP program menjahit dalam parameter antecendent yaitu aspek Isi dan aspek Sarana dan Prasarana dalam kategori sesuai dengan keadaan yang diharapkan, untuk aspek Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan dinilai kurang sesuai dengan Standar PTK yang ditetapkan. Parameter transaction mencakup dimensi aspek Proses dan aspek Penilaian mendapat judgment sesuai dengan Standar yang berlaku. Parameter outcomes yaitu aspek Kompetensi Lulusan pun mendapat nilai sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan.;---This research is motivated by anxiety about the high rate of unemployment suffered by formal education. Non-formal education is expected to play its role in accordance with the mandate of the National Education System Law which is intended for citizens who need educational services aimed at enhancing, replacing, and / or supplementing formal education in order to support the implementation of lifelong education. In its implementation, non-formal education does not escape from the curriculum as a guideline for the implementation of education. This study aims to describe the suitability of curriculum implementation at Course and Training Institute (LKP) as one of the nonformal education units in West Bandung regency with national standard covering input component, implementation process and program / outcomes objectives. The components of the nonformal educational curriculum consist of environmental inputs, inputs, raw inputs and other inputs. The process is the educational interaction between the input of the means, especially the educator, with the raw input of the learners, to achieve the curriculum objectives. While the objectives of the curriculum include the medium-term objectives of the output and the final goal of the influence or impact of non-formal education programs. This research is an evaluative research with quantitative approach using model of Countenance evaluation developed by Robert Stake by comparing matrix of description and matrix of assessment on antecendent, transaction and outcome criteria. Samples from the study population are educators in LKP sewing program in West Bandung regency which already has National Principal Number of School (NPSN) and is accredited both for the implementation of sewing course program. Technique of data analysis in this research use Chi-Square test to know the level of conformity between national curriculum standard which apply nationally with curriculum implementation at LKP sewing program. The result of this research is information related to the suitability of curriculum implementation in LKP sewing program in antecendent parameter that is Content Standard and Standard of Facility and Infrastructure in the category according to the expected condition, for Educator Standard and Teaching Personnel is considered less in accordance with established PTK Standard. Transaction parameters include the dimensions of Process Standards and Rating Standards received judgment in accordance with applicable Standards. Parameter outcomes namely Competency Standards Graduates also got a value in accordance with predefined standards.
