Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan sebuah pengembangan
program pembelajaran berbasis Realistic Mathematic Education (RME)
untuk meningkatkan kemampuan konsep operasi hitung penjumlahan
matematika bilangan satuan, puluhan, ratusan dan ribuan pada peserta
didik learning disabilities matematika (diskalkulia) di kelas III sekolah
dasar. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena terdapat siswa yang mengalami
ketidak sesuai hasil belajar pelajaran matematika dengan pelajaran
lainnya, khususnya siswa mengalami kesalahan persepsi dalam
matematika. kondisi tersebut disebabkan karena siswa mangalami
masalah dalam persepsi psikologi dasar berasal dari dalam dirinya, oleh
karena itu siswa membutuhkan pendekatan pembelajaran yang dapat
memenuhi kebutuhannya dengan menyesuaikan kondisi siswa. Siswa
membutuhkan Pendekatan yang mengoptimalkan kondisi kognitif,
emosi, sosial, motorik dan kinestetik siswa agar siswa memahami materi
dengan mudah dan Pendekatan RME mempunyai hal tersebut ditambah,
Pendekatan ini membangun pemahaman dengan masalah konstektual
yang biasa di hadapi siswa dalam keseharian. Metode penelitian yang
digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian
ini adalah 3 orang siswa kelas III SDN PM yang diambil dari hasil
asesmen terlihat mempunyai nilai rendah dan menunjukan mengalami
learning disabilities. Temuan hasil penelitian terhadap 3 orang siswa
menunjukkan bahwa, pengembangan program pembelajaran dengan
pendekatan RME dapat meningkatkan kemampuan operasi hitung
penjumlahan pada siswa diskalkulia. Secara umum hasilnyanmenunjukan
siswa tidak tertukar symbol, siswa memahami nilai tempat dan siswa
dapat menyimpan hadil perhitungan dengan benar. Hasil penelitian ini
merekomendasikan bahwa, siswa yang megalami diskalkulia
memerlukan pendekatan yang membuat siswa berpikir untuk mebuat
teknik baru untuk mendapatkan jawaban dengan caranya sendri dengan
jawaban dan cara yang benar.

;---This study aims to formulate a development of learning programs based
on Realistic Mathematic Education (RME) to improve the ability to
conceptualize mathematical sum operations of unit numbers, tens,
hundreds and thousands of students learning mathematics disabilities
(discalkulia) in class III elementary school. This research was conducted
because there are students who experience inappropriate learning
outcomes of mathematics lessons with other subjects, especially students
experience misperceptions in mathematics. these conditions are caused
because students experience problems in the perception of basic
psychology comes from within them, therefore students need a learning
approach that can meet their needs by adjusting the conditions of
students. Students need an approach that optimizes students' cognitive,
emotional, social, motoric and kinesthetic conditions so that students
understand the material easily and the RME approach has this added,
this approach builds understanding with the contextual problems
commonly faced by students in daily life. The research method used is
qualitative and quantitative descriptive. The sample of this study were 3
class III students of SDN PM who were taken from the assessment results
seen to have low scores and showed experiencing learning disabilities.
The findings of the study of 3 students showed that the development of
learning programs with the RME approach can improve the ability of
addition count operations in disccalculated students. In general, the
results show students are not exchanged symbols, students understand the
value of the place and students can store the calculation correctly. The
results of this study recommend that, students who experience discalkulia
need an approach that makes students think to make new techniques to
get answers in their own way with the right answers and ways.
