Abstract

Keberadaan taman kota ditujukan untuk kepentingan masyarakat perkotaan. Dengan memiliki fungsi yang banyak pada satu tempat, taman kota seringkali dimanfaatkan untuk melakukan berbagai macam aktivitas. Teras Cikapundung menjadi salah satunya. Setelah direvitalisasi, tidak hanya masyarakat sekitar yang memanfaatkan taman ini, namun Teras Cikapundung juga menarik pengunjung yang tidak tinggal disekitar lokasi taman. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membandingkan persepsi pengunjung dan masyarakat terhadap fungsi taman kota serta kepuasan rekreasi mereka di Teras Cikapundung di Kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode statistik deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan di lokasi terhadap 100 pengunjung dan 100 masyarakat sekitar Teras Cikapundung. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pengunjung dan masyarakat puas dengan keberadaan Teras Cikapundung serta memiliki persepsi yang tinggi terhadap 7 fungsi yang ada, dengan fungsi estetika dinilai sebagai fungsi yang paling dominan, serta fungsi ekonomi dianggap sebagai fungsi yang masih kurang dirasakan oleh kedua kelompok pengguna taman ini. Ditemukan bahwa masyarakat cenderung lebih memperhatikan aspek fungsional seperti rekreasi dan sosial, berbeda dengan pengunjung yang lebih fokus terhadap aspek visual dan estetika dari sebuah taman kota. Uji beda Independent Sample T-test menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan persepsi mengenai fungsi taman kota, namun nilai kepuasan rekreasi pengunjung sebesar 14,17 dan masyarakat sebesar 13,30 dengan p value 0,83 > 0,05 yang menunjukkan adanya perbedaan kepuasan rekreasi antara pengunjung dan masyarakat. Direkomendasikan untuk ditambahnya fasilitas bermain anak dan juga sebuah kantin tradisional untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pengunjung dan masyarakat terhadap fungsi rekreasi dan ekonomi. ;--- The existence of city park is intended for the benefit of urban communities. By having many functions in one place, city parks are often used to perform various activities. Teras Cikapundung is one of them. After being revitalized, not only the residents who utilize this park, but Teras Cikapundung also attract visitors. This study was conducted to compare visitors’ and residents’ perceptions toward city park’s function and satisfaction of their leisure in Teras Cikapundung Bandung. The method used in this study is descriptive statistical method with quantitative approach. Data collected on-site of 100 visitors and 100 residents. The result indicate that respondents are generally satisfied with the existence of Teras Cikapundung and have a high perception of the 7 functions, with the aesthetic and economic function being assessed as the highest and lowest perceived by both groups. It was found that residents tend to focus on functional aspects such as recreation and sosial function as oppossed to visitors who are more likely to value the visual and aesthetic aspects of city park. The results of Independents Sample T-test show that there is no difference of perception about Teras Cikapundung’s functions between visitors and residents, but the value of visitors’ leisure satisfaction is14,17 and residents’ leisure satisfation is 13,30 with p value 0,83 > 0,05, show that there is a difference of leisure satisfaction. It is recommended to add more playground facilities as well as a traditional canteen to increase visitors’ and residents’ satisfation toward recreation and economic function of Teras Cikapundung Bandung.
