Abstract
ABSTRAK PERMAINAN TRADISIONAL ORAY - ORAYAN TERHADAP PENINGKATAN KETERAMPILAN SOSIAL ANAK TUNAGRAHITA SEDANG (Single Subject Research pada Peserta Didik Anak Tunagrahita Sedang Kelas VI di SDN 138 Gegerkalong Girang Kota Bandung) Oleh : Siti Hadianti (NIM. 1401409) Anak tunagrahita sedang memiliki keterampilan sosial yang rendah, yang berkaitan dalam bekerja sama, menyesuaikan diri, keterampilan dalam berinteraksi dengan teman sebaya, keterampilan dalam menaati peraturan, dan menghargai orang lain, sehingga berdampak pada penerimaan sosial anak tunagrahita sedang di masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan rancangan Single Subject Research desain A-B-A, subjek penelitian adalah seorang anak tunagrahita sedang dikelas VI. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi. Analisis data menggunakan statistika deskriptif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh permainan tradisional oray-orayan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan sosial anak tunagrahita sedang. Hasil penelitian Permainan Tradisional Oray – Orayan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan bekerjasama dalam satu tim, kedisiplinan dalam berbaris, menghargai orang lain ketika berbicara, menunjukkan ekspresi ketika senang, dan mampu memecahkan masalah ketika ada teman yang tidak disiplin. Hal itu mencakup kelima aspek keterampilan sosial : environmental behaviour, interpersonal behaviour, self-related behaviour, task related behavior, dan perilaku menjalin hubungan dengan orang lain. Penulis merekomendasikan permainan tradisonal oray – orayan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan sosial. Kata kunci : Permainan tradisional oray – orayan, peningkatan keterampilan sosial, anak tunagrahita sedang ABSTRACT THE TRADITIONAL GAME OF ORAY – ORAYAN TOWARDS IMPROVEMENT SOSIAL SKILL MENTALLY RETARDED (Single Subject Research in The Six Grade Student with mentally retarted children in SDN 138 Gegerkalong Girang Kota Bandung) Created By : Siti Hadianti (NIM. 1401409) Children with intellectual disabilities are having low social skills, related to working together, adapting, skills in interacting with peers, skills in obeying the rules, and respecting others, thus impacting the social acceptance of mentally retarded children in the community. The research method used was an experimental method with a Single Subject Research design A-B-A design, the research subject was a mentally retarded child being in class VI. Data collection is done by observation technique. Data analysis uses descriptive statistics. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the traditional game of oray-orayan has on improving the social skills of mentally retarded children. The results of the Oray Traditional Game play - Orayan can improve teamwork skills, discipline in marching, respect others when talking, show expression when happy, and be able to solve problems when there are friends who are not disciplined. It covers all five aspects of social skills: environmental behavior, interpersonal behavior, self-related behavior, task related behavior, and relationship behavior with others.
