Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Supervisi Klinis Kepala Sekolah Terhadapa Kinerja Mengajar Guru Di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Se-Kecamatan Katapang Kabupaten Bandung”. Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Supervisi Klinis Kepala Sekolah Terhadapa Kinerja Mengajar Guru Di Smp Se-Kecamatan Katapang Kabupaten Bandung. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, serta didukung dengan studi pustaka. Teknik pengumpulan data ini menggunakan angket/kuesioner, yang disebarkan kepada 60 guru SMP Se-Kecamatan Katapang Kabupaten Bandung. Hasil perhitungan WMS (Weight Means Score) menunjukkan bahwa kecenderungan umum skor responden Supervisi Klinis yang dilakukan oleh Kepala Sekolah SMP Se-Kecamatan Katapang termasuk dalam kategori tinggi dengan rata-rata keseluruhan dimensi sebesar 3,76. Sedangkan untuk Pengaruh Supervisi Klinis Kepala Sekolah Terhadapa Kinerja Mengajar Guru Di SMP Se-Kecamatan Katapang termasuk dalam kategori tinggi dengan rata-rata keseluruhan dimensi sebesar 3,76. Hasil uji normalitas diketahui bahwa kedua variabel berdistribusi normal, dengan demikian pengujian hipotesis menggunakan statistik parametrik. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan koefisien korelasi antara variabel X dan Variabel Y menunjukan bahwa Pengaruh Supervisi Klinis Kepala Sekolah Terhadapa Kinerja Mengajar Guru cukup di pengaruhi Supervisi Klinis Kepala Sekolah . Hasil perhitungan signifikansi, menunjukan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Supervisi Klinis Kepala Sekolah Terhadapa Kinerja Mengajar Guru. Hal tersebut menunjukan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan dapat diterima, yaitu “Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan Signifikan Supervisi Klinis Kepala Sekolah Terhadapa Kinerja Mengajar Guru Se-Kecamatan Katapang Kabupaten Bandung”.;--This research is entitled "The Influence of Principal Clinical Supervision towards Teacher Teaching Performance of Junior High Schools in District, Bandung Regency”. Generally, the purpose of this research is to know principal clinical supervision towards teacher teaching performance of junior high schools in district, bandung regency. This research uses descriptive method with quantitative approach and supported by books. Data collection technique is done by closed questionnaire method which is distributed to 60 teachers of Junior High Schools in District, Bandung Regency. The results of calculations WMS (Weight Means Score) shows the tendency average score participants Clinical Supervision that to do by Principal of Junior High Schools in District, Bandung Regency entered in high category is 3,76.While the tendancy average score of Teachers Teaching Performance of Junior High Schools in District, Bandung Regency Regency entered in high category is 3,76. The results of normality shows both of variable is normal distribution. Result of calculation of correlation coefficient beetween prinicpal clinical supervision and teacher teaching performance shows that The Influence of Principal Clinical Supervision towards Teacher Teaching Performanc is enough inluence of princial clinical supervision. The result of calculation of significance shows there is positif influence and significance beetween Principal Clinical Supervision towards Teacher Teaching Performance. That shows The hypothesis proposed is acceptable, “There is positif and significance influence between Principal Clinical Supervision towards Teacher Teaching Performance of Junior High Schools in District, Bandung Regency.
