Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakah membina karakter kemandirian santri sebagai warga negara yang mandiri, bertanggung jawab dan disiplin menurut versi atau model yang dikembangkan oleh Pesantren Daarut Tauhid Bandung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai program, proses, hasil dan faktor-faktor pendukung dalam pembentukan karakter kemandirian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, metode studi kasus dan pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara, studi dokumentasi, dan teknik partisipan. Lokasi penelitian di Pesantren Daarut Tauhid Bandung, dengan subjek penelitian yaitu ketua operasional, assatidz, musyrif, musyrifah dan santri. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa program pembentukan karakter kemandirian dirumuskan ada lima program berbentuk orientasi, fisik, kerohanian, pengetahuan dan pelatihan keterampilan. Proses pelaksaan dilakukan selama seratus hari dengan tiga tahapan atau marhalah. Hasil dari pembinaan yang dilakukan pihak pesantren sangat berdampak positif karena membentuk santri menjadi warga negara yang dapat mengendalikan kemandirian emosi, kemandirian dalam bertindak, kemandirian dalam berekonomi, dan kemandirian dalam menentukan masa depan. Faktor-faktor yang menentukan keberhasilan pembinaan economic civics dalam pembentukan karakter kemandirian santri yaitu faktor internal, faktor eksternal dan keberhasilan pihak program Akhlak Plus Wirausaha yang berhasil mencetak alumni dalam berwirausaha.;--The problem in this research is how to build the independence of character santri as independence citizen, responsible and discipline according to version or model developed by Pesantren Daarut Tauhid Bandung. This study aims to obtain information about programs, processes, results and supporting factors in the formation of the character of independence. This research uses qualitative approach, case study method and data collection by observation, interview, documentation study, and participant technique. Location of research at Pesantren Daarut Tauhid Bandung, with participants namely the operational chairman, assatidz, musyrif, musyrifah and santri. The results of this study indicate that the formation of independence character formulated there are five programs in the form of orientation, physical, spiritual, knowledge and skills training. The process of conducting is done for one hundred days with three stages or marhalah. The result of the guidance done by the pesantren is very positive because it forms a santri into a citizen who can control the independence of emotion, independence in acting, independence in economy, and independence in determining the future. Factors that determine the success of coaching economic civics in the formation independence of character santri namely internal factors, external factors and success of the Morals Plus Entrepreneurship who managed to print alumni in entrepreneurship.
