Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih ada siswa yang memiliki nilai Ujian Akhir Semester (UAS) di bawah KKM pada mata pelajaran ekonomi tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh iklim sekolah dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu survei eksplanatori dengan menggunakan kuisioner sebagai alat pengumpul data. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri di Kecamatan Subang, Kabupaten Subang sebanyak 549 siswa. Dengan menggunakan teknik sampel random sampling diperoleh sampel sebanyak 231 siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu teknik analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) iklim sekolah berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi belajar; (2) iklim sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran ekonomi; (3) motivasi belajar positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran ekonomi.;--This research is still there students who have the value of the Final Exam Semester (UAS ) under KKM on the economic subjects of the academic year 2017//2018 . This study aims to determine the influence of school climate and learning motivation on student learning outcomes in economic subjects. The research method used is an explanatory survey using questionnaires as a data collection tool . The population in the study were students of class XI IPS of State High Schools in Subang Subdistrict, Subang Regency as many as 549 students. By using a random sampling technique , a sample of 231 students was obtained. Data analysis technique used is the technique of path analysis (path analysis). The results showed that: (1 ) the school climate had a positive effect on learning motivation; (2 ) the school climate has a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes in economic subjects ; (3 ) positive and significant learning motivation against learning outcomes in economic subjects.
