Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterampilan mengajar guru terhadap hasil belajar, pengaruh disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar dan interaksi antara keterampilan mengajar guru dengan disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar. Metode yang digunakan adalah survey eksplanatori dengan menggunakan angket sebagai alat pengumpul data. Populasi adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IIS SMA Negeri di Kota Cimahi yaitu sebanyak 383 siswa dengan menggunakan teknik sampel random sampling, diperoleh sampel sebanyak 196 siswa. Teknik analisis data yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) keterampilan mengajar guru berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar, (2) disiplin belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar, dan (3) tidak terdapat interaksi antara keterampilan mengajar guru dengan disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar. ;---The purpose of this research is to know the influence of teachers teaching skills of learning outcomes, the influence of learning discipline of learning outcomes, and the interaction between the teachers teaching skills and learning discipline of learning outcomes. The method that used in this research is explanatory survey with using questionnaire as data collector tools. Population is all of XI IIS High School students in Cimahi city as mush as 383 students by using sample random sampling technic, sample obtainable as much as 196 students. Analitical data technic used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the teachers teaching skills have a positive effect on learning outcomes, discipline of learning have a positive effect on learning outcomes, and there is no interaction between teachers teaching skills and learning discipline of learning outcomes.
