Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Hutang dan Dividen terhadap Harga Saham pada Perusahaan Pertambangan yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan periode 2010-2014 untuk Hutang dan Dividen, dan uuntuk IHSG periode 2011-2015. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan metode asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2010-2014 dan 2011-2015. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan meotde purposive sampling. Dari metode tersebut diperoleh 8 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria untuk digunakan sebagai sampel penelitian. Dalam menganalisa data, penelitian ini menggunakan uji asumsi klasik dan regresi data panel dan tipe data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Hutang dan Dividen secara bersama memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap harga saham.,--- The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Debt and Dividend on Stock Price at Mining Companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange with period 2010-2014 for Debt and Dividend, and uuntuk Price share period 2011-2015. Metode this research is descriptive method and associative method with quantitative approach. The population in this study are companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2010-2014 and 2011-2015. Sampling method in this research using meotde purposive sampling. From the method obtained 8 companies that meet the criteria for use as a research sample. In analyzing the data, this research uses classical assumption test and panel data regression and data type used is secondary data. Based on the results of the research show that Debt and Dividends jointly have a positive effect on stock prices.
