Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperbaiki model pembelajaran pendekatan bermain pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan (PJOK), khususnya dalam pembelajaran aktivitas Gerak dasar jalan dan lari.Permasalahan yang paling mendasar yaitu mengenai proses pembelajaran dikarenakan pada proses pembelajaran aktivitas berlari guru kurang terampil dalam mengajarkan pembelajaran aktivitas Gerak dasar jalan dan Lari. Sehingga siswa merasa cepat bosan dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang terdiri atas dua siklus dilakukan untuk menerapkan implementasi pendeketan bermain dalam pembelajaran aktivitas Gerak Dasar Jalan dan Lari. Siklus penelitian dilakukan melalui empat tahapan, yaitu: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi, dengan masing-masing siklus, yaitu siklus I terdiri atas lima tindakan, siklus II terdiri atas tiga tindakan. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V di SDN Tilil 2 Kota Bandung. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, catatan lapangan, catatan observer, dan catatan hasil diskusi. Teknik analisis data untuk data kualitatif dilakukan dengan mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan tindakan melalui catatan lapangan, catatan observer, dan catatan hasil diskusi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa peneliti sudah mampu mengimplementasikan model pembelajaran pendekatan bermain dan sudah mampu menghadapi kesulitan ketika pelaksanaan tindakan seperti mengondisikan siswa, menyampaikan materi dengan jelas, menilai siswa. Hasil belajar pada 3 aspek (afektif, kognitif, dan psikomotor) yang dirumuskan dalam RPP, dari mulai tindakan ke 1 sampai dengan tindakan ke 8, yang secara keseluruhan menunjukan adanya perubahan walaupun fluktuatif. Berdasarkan hasil belajar tersebut, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendekatan bermain dapat diterapkan dan dilaksanakan dalam pembelajaran aktivitas gerak dasar jalan dan lari. ; ---- This study purpose to improve approach learning on the subjects of Physical Education and Health (PJOK), especially the basic fundamentals athletic movement walk and run activities. The most fundamental issue is in the learning process due to the activities, the teacher have less skill in teaching of basic fundamentals athletic movement walk and run activities. So that the student feel saturated in the implementation of learning. The method used is the Classroom Action Research (CAR), which consist of two cycle to apply implement to approach the basic fundamentals athletic movement walk and run activities. Cycle of the research doing to four stages, that is planning, implementation, observation and reflection, with each cycle, the first cycle consists of five activities, the second cycle consists consists of three activities. The subjects is fifth grade students at SDN Tilil 2 Bandung. Analysis data techniques in this research is observation, field notes, observer notes, and discussions note. Analysis data techniques for qualitative was conducted to describe the implementation of the activities through to the field notes, observer notes, and discussions note. The results show that research have been able to implement learning approach playing model and has been able to solve the problem when implementing measure like such condition the students, presenting the teaching material clearly, and assessing the students. Results of study on three aspects (affective, cognitive and psychomotoric) in RPP ranging from first activities to the eight activities, overall showed fluctuating changes. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the approach playing model can be applied and implemented in basic fundamentals athletic movement walk and run activities learning.
