Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Manajemen Sarana dan Prasarana Pendidikan terhadap Mutu Proses Pembelajaran di SMA Swasta se-Kecamatan Sukasari Kota Bandung”. Permasalahan yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini menyangkut manajemen sarana dan prasarana pendidikan dan pengaruhnya terhadap mutu proses pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai pengaruh manajemen sarana dan prasarana terhadap mutu proses pembelajaran di SMA swasta se-Kecamatan Sukasari. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif.Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru-guru SMA swasta se-Kecamatan Sukasari 84 orang, dan untuk sampel berjumlah 46 guru yang dihitung menggunakan teknik Probability Sampling melalui Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan Weight Means Score (WMS), gambaran umum variabel X (Manajemen Sarana dan Prasarana Pendidikan) berada pada kategori tinggi dengan skor rata-rata 3,95. Sementara gambaran umum variabel Y (Mutu Proses Pembelajaran) berada pada kategori sangat tinggi, dengan skor rata-rata 4,37. Korelasi variabel X dan Y memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,686 yang ada pada kategori kuat dan signifikan, dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 47%, serta hasil analisis regresi yaitu Y ̂=40,979+0,679X yang bersifat signifikan dan linier. Kesimpulan penelitian menyatakan manajemen sarana dan prasarana berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap mutu proses pembelajaran di SMA swasta se-Kecamatan Sukasari. Dengan demikian apabila sekolah ingin meningkatkan mutu proses pembelajaran maka sekolah perlu menata lebih baik lagi terkait manajemen sarana dan prasarana pendidikan di sekolah yang masih dirasa kurang dalam mendukung proses belajar mengajar.;--- This study entitled " The Influence of Educational Facility and Infrastructure Management on Quality of Learning Process in Private Senior High School at sub-district Sukasari, Bandung City ". The problems discussed in this study concerns the management of educational facilities and their effects on the quality of the learning process. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of facilities and infrastructure management influence on the quality of the learning process in private senior high school at sub-district Sukasari. This research uses descriptive method with quantitative approach. Techniques of data collection is done by using a questionnaire. The population in this study is a private senior high school teachers throughout the sub-district Sukasari 84 people, and for the total sample of 46 teachers were calculated using Probability Sampling techniques through Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Based on calculations Weight Means Score (WMS), an overview of variable X (Management of Educational Facilities and Infrastructure) at high category with an average score of 3.95. While the general description of the variable Y (Quality of Learning Process) are at very high category, with an average score of 4.37. Correlation variables X and Y have a positive and significant relationship. It can be seen from the results of the correlation coefficient of 0.686 which is in a strong and significant category, with a coefficient of determination of 47%, and the results of the regression analysis is Y = 40.979 + 0,679X that are significant and linear. Conclusions of research facilities and infrastructure management expressed significant and positive impact on the quality of the learning process at private senior high school in sub-district Sukasari. Therefore, if a school wants to improve the quality of the learning process, schools need to organize better related to the management of educational facilities in schools that are still missing in supporting the teaching and learning process.
