Abstract
Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Kondisi Pendukung Pengembangan Kapasitas Manajemen Terhadap Kapasitas Manajemen Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kota Bandung ”. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah seberapa besar kapasitas manajemen sekolah dipengaruhi oleh kondisi pendukung pengembangan kapasitas manajemen. Bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran yang nyata pengaruh kondisi pendukung pengembangan kapasitas manajemen terhadap kapasitas manajemen SDN Di Kota Bandung. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket yang disebar kepada 99warga sekolah mencakup kepala sekolah, guru dan komite sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi pendukung pengembangan kapasitas manajemen sekolah dalam ketegori sangat tinggi dengan skor rata-rata sebesar 4,31 dan kapasitas manajemen SDN di Kota Bandung termasuk dalam kategori sangat tinggi dengan skor rata-rata 4,27. Koefisien korelasi antara variabel X dan variabel Y adalah sebesar 0,516 yang menunjukkan bahwa korelasi kedua variabel berada pada tingkat hubungan sedang. Adapun hasil uji signifikansi yaitu 5,651 >1,661 atau t_hitung≥ t_tabel, maka artinya bahwa koefisien korelasi antara variabel X dan Y adalah signifikan dengan persamaan linier yaitu :Ŷ = 25,078 + 0,516 X, ini berarti bahwa setiap ada perubahan pada satu unit variabel X maka akan diikuti oleh perubahan variabel Y sebesar 0,516. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan yang pospitif dan signifikan antara Kondisi Pendukung Pengembangan Kapasitas Manajemen Terhadap Kapasitas Manajemen Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kota Bandung. Adapun yang perlu ditingkatkan dari kondisi pendukung pengembangan kapasitas manajemen yaitu hubungan yang dilandasi saling percaya dan saling hormat sedangkan dari kapasitas manajemen sekolah yaitu kemampuan dalam mengevaluasi keberhasilan sekolah. ;---This study entitled “Influence supporting condition of school management capacity development against the management capacity of primary schools in the city of Bandung. The problem in this research is how big the management capacity of scholl affected by the supporting conditions of school management capacity development. Aiming to describe the real effects of supporting condition of school management capacity development to the management capacity of the public elementary school in the city of Bandung. The method of this research is descriptive method with quantitative approach. The technique of collecting data is using questionnaires that were distributed to 99 of school members include principals, teachers, and school committees as samples. The result showed that the supporting condition of school management capacity development of public elemntary school in the city of bandung in the very good category with an average score of 4,31. And management capacity of public elementary schools in Bandung included in the execellent cetegory with an average score of 4,27. Cerrelation coifficient between variables X and Y is equal to 0,516 which shows the correlation between the two variables are at the level of relationship is. The results of test of significance is 5,651 >1,661 or t_hitung≥ t_tabel, it means that the correlation cefficient between variables X and Y are significant with linear equations is Ŷ = 25,078 + 0,516 X, this means that every equation there is a change in one unit variable X will be followed by a change of variable Y at 0,516. It is concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between supporting condition of school management capacity development agains management capacity of public elementary school in Bandung. The need to improve the supporting condition of school management capacity development that is the relitionship based mutual trust and respect, while the school management capacity is the ability to evaluate the success of the school.
