Abstract

yang profesional adalah guru yang memiliki kompetensi merencanakan pembelajaran karena perencanaan pembelajaran merupakan sebuah proses intelektual dalam menentukan arah dan putusan dalam bentuk serangkaian tindakan atau kegiatan belajar di kelas. Oleh karena itu, perencanaan pembelajaran merupakan salah faktor penentu keberhasilan proses belajar mengajar. Silabus pembelajaran merupakan salah satu bentuk perencanaan itu. Penyusunan silabus pembelajaran keterampilan menulis seyogyanya dilakukan dengan kesungguhan. Penyusunan silabus tersebut dapat dilakukan melalui kegiatan berbasis kolaborasi. Kegiatan tersebut dipandang dapat memberikan rangsangan untuk menumbuhkan sikap kerja sama dan kreativitas berpikir. Berdasarkan latar belakang itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan produk model kegiatan penyusunan silabus berbasis kolaborasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi penelitian pengembangan dengan langkah-langkah pengembangan yang dimodifikasi dengan tiga tahapan pokok, yakni (1) studi pendahuluan, (2) studi pengembangan model, dan (3) uji model. Studi pengembangan ini menghasilkan model kegiatan penyusunan silabus berbasis kolaborasi (MKPSBK) dengan prinsip dasar: (1) landasan filosofis konstruktivisme sosial; (2) pendekatan belajar aktif-kreatif, kooperatif, dan kolaboratif; (3) sintaks kegiatan meliputi tahap orientasi, pembentukan kelompok, perumusan tugas dan prosedur proyek, elaborasi, serta sintesis dan evaluasi, (4) sistem sosial partisipatif, kooperatif, dan kolaboratif; (5) prinsip reaksi yang menekankan nilai interaksi; (6) sistem pendukung; dan (7) dampak instruksional dan penyerta. Rancangan modelnya mencakupi (1) rancangan perencanaan kegiatan, (2) rancangan pelaksanaan kegiatan, dan (3) rancangan evaluasi. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa model MKPSBK berpengaruh pada kompetensi subjek penelitian, baik dalam kemampuan menyusun silabus pembelajaran maupun sikap dan perilaku kolaboratif dan kooperatif sebagai dampak penyerta model. Melalui model MKPSBK, subjek penelitian diposisikan sebagai seorang perancang pembelajaran, metode diskusi dan dialogis banyak berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kualitas silabus pembelajaran, dan ketergantungan antarsubjek menjadi pemacu usaha pencapaian keberhasilan bersama. Berdasarkan simpulan tersebut, model MKPSBK dapat diterapkan pada kegiatan penyusunan silabus pembelajaran lainnya, baik dalam bentuk kegiatan MGMP kabupaten maupun MGMP sekolah. One of jobs for professional teachers is planning the lesson. A professional teacher is a teacher who has competence in planning the lesson; it is because planning the lesson is an intellectual process in directing and deciding a series of actions or activities in the classroom. Therefore, planning the lesson is one of the factors determining the success of teaching and learning process. The syllabus is a form of the plan. Formulation of the syllabus should be done seriously and it can be done through activities-based on collaboration. These activities can be considered as a stimulus to foster an attitude of cooperation and creativity of thought. Based on this background, the purpose of this study was to produce a model of syllabus drafting activity base on collaboration. This study employed the research development which were modified with three main stages, namely (1) a preliminary study, (2) Model development study, and (3) test the model. This development study resulted a model of activity-based collaboration in the formulation of the syllabus (MKPSBK) with basic principles: (1) the philosophical foundations of social constructivism, (2) an active-learning approach to creative, cooperative, and collaborative; (3) syntax includes the step of orientation activities, the establishment of groups, formulation of project tasks and procedures, elaboration, synthesis and evaluation, (4) the social system of participatory, cooperative, and collaborative; (5) reaction principle that emphasizes the value of interactions, (6) support systems, and (7) the impact of instructional and accompanying. The design of the model includes (1) the planning activity design, (2) the activities design, and (3) evaluation designs. The study showed that the MKPSBK model affected on the competence of research subjects, both in ability to formulate the syllabus and attitudes and collaborative and cooperative behavior as the impact of acompanying model. Through MKPSBK model, subjects were positioned as an instructional designer, the method of discussion and dialogue contributed a lot in improving the quality of the learning syllabus, and dependence among subjects as a booster in achieving the success. Based on this conclusion, MKPSBK model can be applied to other learning syllabus preparation activities, either in the form of MGMP activities in a regency area or the schools.
