Abstract
Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Profitabilitas yang dilihat dari laba para pengusaha topi yang mengalami terus penurunan dalam kurun waktu 3 bulan terakhir. Hal ini terjadi karena berbagai faktor seperti pengetahuan kewirausahaan, permodalan, persaiangan. Faktor-faktor tersebut diidentifikasi sebeagai penyebab menurunnya pertumbuhan profitabilitas pengusaha, terutama faktor perilaku kewirausahaan. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi objek penelitian yaitu para pengusaha topi yang berada di Desa Rahayu Kecamatan Margaasih Kabupaten Bandung. Sampel sebanyak 37 orang pengusaha. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu survey eksplanatori dengan menggunakan angket sebagai alat pengumpul data dan teknik menggunakan regresi linier sederhana, dalam analisis data menggunakan bantuan program SPSS 17.00 for Windows. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh temuan bahwa secara parsial variabel perilaku kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas. The problems in this research profitability profit is seen from a cap that entrepreneurs continue to experience a decrease in the last 3 months. This happened because of various factors such as knowledge entrepreneurship, capital, competition. Those factors identified sebeagai the decrease in growth of business profitability, especially the entrepreneurship behavior. In this research as the object of research which is the operator of a cap that is in the Rahayu village subdistrict Margaasih Bandung district. Samples from 37 people entrepreneurs. The method used in this research is an explanatory survey using a questionnaire as a data collection tool and techniques using simple linear regression, the data analysis using SPSS 17.00 for windows. Based on the results obtained findings that in partial entrepreneurial behavior and a significant positive effect on profitability.
