Evi Aeni Rufaedah (2014). Program Bimbingan Karier untuk Memantapkan Pilihan Karier Peserta Didik (Penelitian Pra Eksperimen pada Peserta Didik Kelas XI SMK Negeri 1 Indramayu TahunAjaran 2013/014). Pembimbing I: Prof.Dr.Uman Suherman,M.Pd; Pembimbing II: Dr.Hj.Euis Farida,M.Pd. Program Studi Bimbingan dan Konseling Sekolah Pascasarjana Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, Bandung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah program bimbingan karier efektif untuk memantapkan pilihan karier peserta didik. Penelitian ini dirancang sebagai penelitian pra eksperimen one group pretest-posttest design. Populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari 52 orang peserta didik kelas XI. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Skala Kemantapan Pilihan Karier yang merupakan modifikasi dari Career Choice Certainly Scale Crites. Program bimbingan karier dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Inventori Karier Arahan Diri yang merupakan modifikasi dari Self Directed Search Holland, inventori tersebut digunakan sebagai media sekaligus intervensi dalam melakukan bimbingan. Dalam hal ini, pelaksanaan program bimbingan karier terdiri atas tiga tahap utama, yaitu: pertama, tahap pengungkapan awal sebagai tahap perkenalan dan merupakan pre test untuk mengumpulkan informasi mengenai kemantapan pilihan karier; kedua, tahap pemahaman dan kontrak belajar yang bertujuan agar peserta didik dapat menganalisis kemantapan pilihan karier dan berkomitmen dalam mengikuti kegiatan bimbingan dari awal sampai selesai; dan ketiga, tahap kerja/perlakuan yang terdiri dari 7 sesi, setiap sesi terdapat berbagai topik kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemantapan pilihan karier peserta didik dan membekali mereka dengan kemampuan dasar memantapkan pilihan karier. Analisis data menggunakan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan uji t, dari hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa “Program Bimbingan karier efektif untuk memantapkan pilihan karier peserta didik Kelas XI SMK Negeri 1 Indramayu Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014”. This study aims to determine whether an effective career guidance programs for students solidify career choice. This study was designed as a pre-experimental study one group pretest-posttest design. The study population consisted of 52 students of class XI. The instrument used is the Scale Stability career choice which is a modification of the Career Choice Scale Certainly Crites. Career guidance program in this study using the Inventory Career Self Referral is a modification of the Holland Self Directed Search, the inventory is used as intervention in the conduct of media guidance. In this case, the implementation of career guidance program consists of three main stages, namely: first, the initial disclosure stage as the introductory stage and is a pre-test to gather information about the stability of career choice; The second stage of understanding and learning contract that aims to make students able to analyze the stability of career choice and commit to follow the activities of guidance from start to finish; and third, working stage / treatment consisted of 7 sessions, each session there is a wide range of topics of activities aimed at improving the stability of career choice learners and equip them with the basic ability to establish a career choice. Using quantitative data analysis using the t test, the results showed that "effective career guidance program to establish a career choice Class XI students of SMK Negeri 1 Indramayu 2013/2014 Academic Year". The results of this study recommended to the teacher guidance and counseling, and further research.
