Abstract
Permasalahan yang di kaji dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya disiplin kerja pada widyaiswara di BBPPMPV BMTI. Hal tersebut di tandai dengan adanya data terkait widyaiswara yang datang terlambat, pulang sebelum jam kerja selesai, serta kurangnya pemahaman mengenai pentingnya kedisiplinan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini secara umum adalah untuk mengetahui dan memperoleh gambaran mengenai Pengaruh Penilaian Kinerja Terhadap Disiplin Kerja Widyaiswara di BBPPMPV BMTI. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan penyebaran angket/kuesioner pada 42 responden. Berdasarkan hasil Weight Mean Score dengan bantuan Microsoft Excel dan SPSS 26.0 for Windows, menunjukkan bahwa penilaian kinerja widyaiswara berada pada kategori sangat baik dengan rata-rata skor 3,09 dan disiplin kerja widyaiswara berada pada kategori sangat baik dengan rata-rata skor 3,38. Berdasarkan uji korelasi antara variabel X dan Y diperoleh skor nilai 0,844 dan tergolong dalam kategori tingkat hubungan “kuat”. Hasil uji determinasi didapatkan bahwa variabel X berpengaruh sebesar 71,2% terhadap variabel Y dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak di kaji dalam penelitian ini. Adapun hasil uji signifikansi diperoleh nilai 9,031 > 2,034 artinya Ha diterima sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel X dan variabel Y. Hasil analisis regresi diperoleh persamaan Y= 7,549 + 0,847 X yang artinya setiap penambahan poin variabel X maka akan diikuti dengan perubahan variabel sebesar 0,847. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Penilaian Kinerja Terhadap Disiplin Kerja Widyaiswara di BBPPMPV BMTI. The problem studied in this research is the low level of work discipline among students at BBPMPPV BMTI. This is indicated by data regarding students who arrive late, leave before the end of work hours, and a lack of understanding of the importance of discipline. The general aim of this research is to find out and obtain an overview of the influence of performance appraisal on the work discipline of Widyaiswara at BBPMPPV BMTI. The method used in this research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique uses questionnaires. The instrument used was a Likert scale model questionnaire and the members of this research population were 42 respondents. Based on the results of the Weight Mean Score with the help of Microsoft Excel and SPSS 26.0 for Windows, it shows that the student's performance assessment is in the very good category with an average score of 3.09 and the student's work discipline is in the very good category with an average score of 3.38. Based on the correlation test between variables The results of the determination test showed that variable The results of the significance test obtained a value of 9.031 > 2.034, meaning Ha is accepted so it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. The results of the regression analysis obtained the equation Y= 7.549 + 0.847 variable of 0.847. The conclusion of this research is that there is a positive and significant influence between the Performance Assessment of Widyaiswara Work Discipline at BBPMPPV BMTI.
