Abstract
Perpustakaan kabupaten/kota diibaratkan sebagai universitas rakyat, sebab tujuan utamanya menyediakan semua jenis koleksi bahan pustaka dari berbagai disiplin ilmu, dan penggunaannya oleh seluruh kalangan masyarakat tanpa terkecuali. Perpustakaan kabupaten/kota harus menyediakan layanan-layanan yang berkualitas untuk mencapai kepuasan pemustaka. Penelitian ini mengenai kepuasan pemustaka terhadap tata ruang perpustakaan di Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Kabupaten Kebumen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kepuasan pemustaka terhadap tata ruang perpustakaan Disarpus, dengan mengetahui kepuasan pemustaka berdasarkan aspek-aspek penataan ruang yang meliputi 4 aspek, yaitu aspek fungsional, aspek psikologi pengguna, aspek estetika, dan aspek keamanan bahan pustaka. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena belum adanya penelitian terkait kepuasan pemustaka terhadap tata ruang di Disarpus Kebumen. Alasan lainnya adalah untuk mengetahui kualitas dan kesesuaian tata ruang perpustakaan berdasarkan Pedoman Tata Ruang Perpustakaan Perpustakaan Nasional Republik Indonesia Tahun 2011. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik incidental sampling. Responden dari penelitian ini adalah pemustaka Disarpus Kebumen sebanyak 100 orang. Temuan penelitian ini adalah tanggapan responden sebesar 8610 dengan rata-rata persentase mencapai 86% pada kriteria sangat puas. Hasil tingkat kepuasan pemustaka terhadap aspek fungsional tata ruang perpustakaan adalah sebesar 2110 dengan persentase 88%, kepuasan pemustaka terhadap aspek psikologi pemustaka sebesar 2416 dengan persentase 86%, kepuasan pemustaka terhadap aspek estetika sebesar 2028 dengan persentase 85%, dan kepuasan pemustaka terhadap aspek keamanan bahan pustaka sebesar 2056 dengan persentase 86%. District / city libraries are likened to people's universities, because their main purpose is to provide all types of collections of library materials from various disciplines, and their use by all circles of society without exception. District / city libraries must provide quality services to achieve user satisfaction. This research is about user satisfaction with the layout of the library at the Kebumen Regency Archives and Library Office. The purpose of this study is to determine user satisfaction with the spatial layout of the Disarpus library, by knowing user satisfaction based on spatial planning aspects which include 4 aspects, namely functional aspects, user psychology aspects, aesthetic aspects, and library material safety aspects. This research was conducted because there was no research related to user satisfaction with spatial planning in Disarpus Kebumen. Another reason is to determine the quality and suitability of library layout based on the National Library Spatial Guidelines of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2011. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive quantitative research methods. The sampling technique uses incidental sampling technique. The respondents of this study were 100 users of Disarpus Kebumen. The findings of this study were the responses of respondents amounting to 8610 with an average percentage reaching 86% on the criteria of very satisfied. The results of the level of user satisfaction with the functional aspects of library spatial planning are 2110 with a percentage of 88%, user satisfaction with the psychological aspects of users is 2416 with a percentage of 86%, user satisfaction with aesthetic aspects is 2028 with a percentage of 85%, and user satisfaction with the security aspects of library materials is 2056 with a percentage of 86%.
