Abstract
ABSTRAK PENGARUH REKRUTMEN DAN KOMPETENSI TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION KARYAWAN (Studi Kasus Pada PT. Multi Garmen Jaya) Oleh: Winda Nur Sriastuti 1906432 Dibawah Bimbingan: Prof. Dr. H. Edi Suryadi, M.Si. Dr. Askolani, S.E., M.M., CSBA. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji efektivitas pengaruh rekrutmen dan kompetensi terhadap turnover intention karyawan Pada PT. Multi Garmen Jaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap PT. Multi Garmen Jaya yang berjumlah 96 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan memperoleh data yang diperoleh dari kuesioner / angket. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diolah dengan SPSS Versi 24 dengan model regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan: 1) rekrutmen berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan, 2) kompetensi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan, 3) serta rekrutmen dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan secara simultan terhadap turnover intention karyawan. Kata kunci: Rekrutmen, Kompetensi, Turnover Intention Karyawan. ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF RECRUITMENT AND COMPETENCE ON EMPLOYEE TURNOVER INTENTION (Case Study at PT. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the influence of recruitment and competence on employee turnover intention at PT. Multi Garment Jaya. This research uses quantitative methods. The population and sample in this study are permanent employees of PT. Multi Garmen Jaya, totaling 96 employees. The data collection technique is carried out by obtaining the data through a questionnaire. This study uses primary data processed by SPSS Version 24 with multiple linear regression models. The results of this study conclude: 1) recruitment has a not significant and positive effect on employee turnover intention, 2) competence has a significant and negative effect on employee turnover intention, 3) and recruitment and competence have simultaneously not significant and positive effect on employee turnover intention.
