Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran manajemen arsip dinamis, gambaran produktivitas kerja karyawan, dan mengetahui pengaruh manajemen arsip dinamis terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di Balai Besar Standardisasi dan Pelayanan Jasa Industri Bahan dan Barang Teknik. Fokus masalah pada penelitian ini yaitu belum maksimalnya produktivitas kerja karyawan di perusahaan. Manajemen arsip dinamis merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja karyawan. Maka dari itu, manajemen arsip dinamis menjadi batasan variabel yang dikaji pada penelitian ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode survei. Data tersebut diperoleh dari penyebaran angket pada 33 karyawan Bagian Tata Usaha sebagai populasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) manajemen arsip dinamis dipresepsikan efektif oleh para karyawan, (2) tingkat produktivitas kerja karyawan dipresepsikan tinggi oleh para karyawan, (3) hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa manajemen arsip dinamis berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, produktivitas kerja karyawan dapat meningkat jika manajemen arsip dinamis dilaksanakan dengan efektif. This study aims to describe the implementation of dynamic records management, describe employee work productivity, and determine the effect of implementing dynamic records management on employee work productivity at the Center for Standardization and Industrial Services of Materials and Technical Goods. The focus of the problem in this study is that the work productivity of employees in the company has not been maximized. Dynamic records management is one of the factors that affect employee productivity. Therefore, the dynamic records management is a limitation of the variables studied in this study. The research method used is survey method. The data was obtained from distributing a questionnaire to 33 employees of the Administration Section as a population. The results of the study show that: (1) the dynamic records management is perceived as quite effective by employees, (2) the level of employee productivity is perceived as high by employees, (3) the results of the hypothesis test show that management dynamic archives influence and significantly affect employee work productivity. Based on this, employee work productivity can increase if the dynamic records management is carried out effectively.
