Abstract

Sistem administrasi perpustakaan sekolah merupakan aspek penting dalam setiap lembaga pendidikan. Sistem ini melibatkan pengelolaan operasional perpustakaan sekolah, mulai dari memastikan lingkungan belajar yang aman hingga mengelola fasilitas perpustakaan sekolah. Keberadaan sistem administrasi perpustakaan sekolah merupakan komponen yang tersembunyi namun sangat penting dalam sistem pendidikan, yang memastikan bahwa para siswa memiliki akses ke sumber daya yang mereka butuh kan untuk berhasil. Namun, SMA Negeri 1 Cilamaya masih menggunakan sistem administrasi manual yang mengakibatkan kegiatan pengelolaan perpustakaan menjadi terbatas. Untuk menguraikan permasalahan yang ada dan menentukan solusinya, digunakan pendekatan berdasarkan pengalaman pengguna dan desain antarmuka pengguna. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan pengalaman dan antarmuka pengguna sistem administrasi perpustakaan yang dapat mempermudah proses pengelolaan perpustakaan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu R&D dengan metode pengembangan design thinking yang terdiri dari empathize, define, ideate, prototype, dan test. Keluaran penelitian ini berupa clickable prototype yang telah divalidasi ahli dan diuji coba menggunakan metrik effectiveness, efficiency, satisfaction, dan SEQ. Hasil dari uji coba tersebut menggunakan metrik effectiveness memperoleh rate 100% pada setiap tugasnya. Kemudian untuk metrik efficiency pada halaman pengguna memperoleh nilai 0,131 dan 100%. Sedangkan untuk metrik efficiency pada halaman admin memperoleh nilai 0,042 dan 100% rate. Untuk metrik satisfaction yang diujikan menggunakan SUS memperoleh nilai 80,16 pada halaman pengguna. Nilai tersebut dalam kriteria “Excellent”, berada pada grade “A”, dan berada pada “Acceptable”. Sedangkan untuk halaman admin memperoleh nilai 87,5. Nilai tersebut dalam kriteria “Best Imaginable”, berada pada grade “A” dan berada pada “Acceptable”. ----- The school library administration system is an important aspect of any educational institution. It involves managing the operations of the school library, from ensuring a safe learning environment to managing the school library facilities. The existence of a school library administration system is a hidden yet crucial component of the education system, ensuring that students have access to the resources they need to succeed. However, SMA Negeri 1 Cilamaya still uses a manual administration system which results in limited library management activities. To elaborate the existing problems and determine the solution, an approach based on user experience and user interface design is used. Therefore, this research aims to develop a user experience and interface for the library administration system that can simplify the library management process. The method used is R&D with a design thinking development method consisting of empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. The output of this research is a clickable prototype that has been validated by experts and tested using effectiveness, efficiency, satisfaction, and SEQ metrics. The results of the trial using the effectiveness metric obtained a 100% rate on each task. Then for the efficiency metric on the user page obtained a value of 0.131 and 100%. Meanwhile, the efficiency metric on the admin page obtained a value of 0.042 and 100% rate. For the satisfaction metric tested using SUS obtained a value of 80.16 on the user page. This value is in the "Excellent" criteria, is at grade "A", and is at "Acceptable". Meanwhile, the admin page received a score of 87.5. The value is in the "Best Imaginable" criteria, is at grade "A" and is at "Acceptable".
