Abstract

Kesehatan reproduksi berarti sehat dalam segala hal yang berhubungan dengan bagian-bagian tubuhyang digunakan untuk melahirkan. Terkadang,remajabisa bermasalah dengan kesehatan reproduksinya karena mereka mulai berkencan sebelum cukup dewasa. Hal ini dapat mengakibatkan remaja melakukan hal-hal yang tidak sehat, seperti berhubungan seks sebelum menikah. Untuk membantu mencegah masalah ini, hal yang paling tepat yaitu memberikan pendidikan kesehatan berupa media AudioBook. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan media Audiobook terhadap tingkat pengetahuan dalam kesehatan reproduksi pada remaja.Jenis Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Pre Eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif one grup pretest posttest design. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah kelas VII dan VIII di SMPN 1 Pamulihan, teknik pengambilan sampling pada penelitian ini menggunakan Simpel Random Sampling dengan jumlah 256sampel. Hasil dari uji Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test bahwa penelitian ini terdapat hasil 0,000yang artinya terdapat pengaruh terhadap tingkat pengetahuan siswa di SMPN 1 Pamulihanmelalui media Audiobook.Terdapat perbedaan tingkat pengetahuan remaja sebelum dan sesudah diberikan pendididkan kesehatan. Oleh karena itu, pengaruh media Audiobook berdampak baik bagi pengetahuan remaja.Kata kunci: Kesehaan Reproduksi, Pengetahuan, Remaja Reproductive health means being healthy in all matters relating to the parts of the body used for childbirth. Sometimes, teenagers can have problems with their reproductive health because they start dating before they are old enough. This can result in teenagers doing unhealthy things, such as having sex before marriage. To help prevent this problem, the most appropriate thing is to provide health education in the form of audiobook media. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of audiobook media health education on the level of knowledge in reproductive health in adolescents. This type of research is a pre-experimental study with a one-group pretest posttest quantitative approach design. The population in this study were grades VII and VIII at SMPN 1 Pamulihan. The sampling technique in this study used Simple Random Sampling with a total of 256 samples. the results of the Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test test that this study has a result of 0.000, which means there is an influence on the level of student knowledge at SMPN 1 Pamulihan through Audiobook media. There are differences in the level of knowledge of adolescents before and after being given health education. Therefore, the influence of Audiobook media has a good impact on adolescent knowledge.Keywords:Adolescents, Knowledge, Reproductive Health
