Abstract

Letak geografis Kabupaten Blitar menyebabkan adanya potensi gempa megathrust yang dapat memicu terjadi tsunami. Desa Pesisir Kecamatan Panggunggrejo menjadi salah satu daerah yang berpotensi terjadinya tsunami. Penyebab terjadi potensi tsunami diakibatkan karena berada di jalur subduksi Lempeng Indo – Australia yang bergerak menyusup di bawah Lempeng Eurasia. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai tingkat risiko bencana tsunami di desa pesisir Kecamatan Panggungrejo Kabupaten Blitar menggunakan metode AHP berbasis Sistem Informasi Geografi (SIG). Didalamnya terdapat parameter pendukung risiko diantaranya dari parameter bahaya, kerentanan dan kapasitas di desa pesisir Kecamatan Panggungrejo Kabupaten Blitar. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar risiko tsunami di Desa Pesisir Kecamatan Panggungrejo Kabupaten Blitar. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode AHP hingga memperoleh Peta risiko tsunami di Desa Pesisir Kecamatan Panggungrejo Kabupaten Blitar hasil dari pemodelan overlay intersect pada Sistem Informasi Geografis. Hasil menunjukan bahwa setelah dilakukan overlay dari parameter bahaya, kerentanan, dan kapasitas di desa pesisir Kecamatan Panggungrejo Kabupaten Blitar memiliki risiko tsunami rendah dengan nilai skor <1.74 dengan luas sebesar 88,71 Ha; risiko tsunami sedang dengan nilai skor 1.74-1.94 memiliki luas sebesar 119,45 Ha; dan risiko tsunami tinggi dengan nilai skor >1.94 memiliki luas 335,09 Ha. Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh hasil klasifikasi parameter kerentanan dan kapasitas yang memiliki klasifikasi rendah di setiap desa. Kata Kunci : AHP, Desa Pesisir Kecamatan Panggungrejo, Risiko Tsunami, SIG. The geographical location of Blitar Regency causes the potential for a megathrust earthquake which can trigger a tsunami. Coastal Village in Panggunggrejo District is one of the areas with the potential for a tsunami to occur. The cause of the potential for a tsunami is due to being in the subduction path of the Indo-Australian Plate which is moving under the Eurasian Plate. This study discusses the level of risk of a tsunami disaster in the coastal village of Panggungrejo District, Blitar Regency using the AHP method based on Geographic Information Systems (GIS). It contains supporting risk parameters including parameters of hazard, vulnerability and capacity in the coastal village of Panggungrejo District, Blitar Regency. The purpose of this study was to find out how big the risk of a tsunami is in Pesisir Village, Panggungrejo District, Blitar Regency. The research was conducted using the AHP method to obtain tsunami risk maps in Coastal Villages in Panggungrejo District, Blitar Regency, the results of the intersect overlay modeling on a Geographic Information System. The results show that after overlaying the parameters of hazard, vulnerability and capacity in the coastal village of Panggungrejo District, Blitar Regency has a low tsunami risk with a of <1.74 with an area of 88.71 Ha; moderate tsunami risk with a score of 1.74-1.94 has an area of 119.45 Ha; and high tsunami risk with a score of >1.94 has an area of 335.09 Ha. This is influenced by the results of the classification of vulnerability and capacity parameters which have a low classification in each village.
