Abstract

Aksesibilitas berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan wilayah desa, hal tersebut berkaitan dengan tingkat kemudahan seseorang dalam mencapai kebutuhannya. Aksesibilitas yang tinggi menyebabkan mobilitas yang terjadi lebih banyak, serta interaksi yang terjadi antara wilayah satu dan wilayah lain lebih erat dan dapat memberikan peluang usaha bagi masyarakat yang berada didalamnya khususnya di Kecamatan Pameungpeuk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung 1) nilai aksesibilitas pada setiap desa; 2) skalogram sebagai parameter perkembangan wilayah; 3) menganalisis pengaruh nilai aksesibilitas terhadap sarana dan prasarana di Kecamatan Pameungpeuk. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif, analisa yang digunakan analisis deskriptif, interpretasi data spasial, perhitungan indeks alpha dan Location Quantient (LQ). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa nilai aksesibilitas tertinggi diperoleh Desa Bojongmanggu dengan nilai 5.47, sedangkan nilai aksesibilitas terendah diperoleh Desa Langonsari. Untuk nilai indikator perkembangan wilayah, nilai tertinggi sebesar 1.460 diperoleh Desa Langonsari dan untuk nilai indikator terendah diperoleh Desa Rancatungku. Hubungan antara aksesibilitas terhadap perkembangan wilayah desa berkaitan dengan sarana dan prasarana dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji korelasi dengan hasil yang diperoleh bahwa hubungan diantara keduanya memiliki hubungan yang positif dan korelasi yang sempurna. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa hubungannya searah antara aksesibilitas dan perkembangan wilayah. Accessibility affects the development of the village area, this is related to the level of ease of a person in achieving their needs. High accessibility causes more mobility, and interactions that occur between one region and another are closer and can provide business opportunities for the people who live there, especially in Pameungpeuk District. This study aims to calculate 1) the value of accessibility in each village; 2) scalogram as a parameter of regional development; 3) analyze the effect of accessibility values on facilities and infrastructure in Pameungpeuk District. This research uses descriptive quantitative method, the analysis used is descriptive analysis, interpretation of spatial data, calculation of alpha index and Location Quantient (LQ). The results of this study indicate that the highest accessibility score is obtained by Bojongmanggu Village with a value of 5.47, while the lowest accessibility value is obtained by Langonsari Village. For regional development indicator values, the highest score of 1,460 was obtained by Langonsari Village and the lowest indicator value was obtained by Rancatungku Village. The relationship between accessibility to the development of village areas related to facilities and infrastructure was carried out using a correlation test with the results obtained that the relationship between the two had a positive relationship and a perfect correlation. This shows that there is a unidirectional relationship between accessibility and regional development.
