Abstract

ABSTRAK RELEVANSI KOMPETENSI DASAR DENGAN KOMPETENSI KERJA JURU GAMBAR (DRAFTER) KONSTRUKSI JALAN DAN JEMBATAN DI SMK NEGERI 1 CILAKU CIANJUR Syifa Sudirman NIM.1800044 Kompetensi dasar merupakan sejumlah kemampuan yang harus dikuasai oleh peserta didik dalam mata perlajaran tertentu sebagai penyusunan indikator kompetensi dalam penguasaan konsep maupun materi pembelajaran yang diberikan oleh guru. Pengembangan kompetensi dasar yang diberikan ini diharapkan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pasar industri untuk menghadapai daya saing di masa mendatang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui relevansi atau kesesuaian kompetensi dasar yang diberikan kepada peserta didik dengan kompetensi yang dibutuhkan dunia kerja khususnya di SMK Negeri 1 Cilaku Cianjur ini. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena pada faktanya tidak sedikit siswa yang mengalami kesulitan dalam dunia kerja setelah lulus. Sehingga dengan penelitian ini dapat menjadi masukan dalam kebiasaan baru untuk menciptakan lulusan yang kompeten. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan survey dalam bentuk presentase. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah SMK Negeri 1 Cilaku Cianjur dan instansi pasangan atau yang bekerja sama dengan sekolah. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kompetensi dasar pada mata pelajaran konstruksi jalan dan jembatan dengan kompetensi kerja yang dibutuhkan pada jabatan juru gambar pada instansi pasangan terdapat kesesuaian. Tingkat relevansi kompetensi dasar mata pelajaran konstruksi jalan dan jembatan dengan kompetensi kerja yang dibutuhkan pada jabatan juru gambar konstruksi jalan dan jembatan termasuk dalam kualifikasi atau katergori relevan dengan bobot persentase sebesar 76,19%. Kata Kunci : Kompetensi Dasar, Kompetensi Kerja, Konstruksi Jalan dan Jembatan, dan Juru Gambar ABSTRACT THE RELEVANCE OF BASIC COMPETENCIES WITH WORK COMPETENCE DRAFTER OF BRIDGE ROAD CONSTRUCTION IN SMK NEGERI 1 CILAKU CIANJUR Syifa Sudirman NIM. 1800044 Basic competencies are a number of abilities that must be mastered by students in certain learning subjects as a preparation of competency indicators in mastering concepts and learning materials provided by teachers. The development of the basic competencies provided is expected to meet the needs of the industrial market to face competitiveness in the future. This study aims to determine the relevance or suitability of the basic competencies given to students with the competencies needed by the world of work, especially at SMK Negeri 1 Cilaku Cianjur. This research was conducted because in fact there are not a few students who experience difficulties in the world of work after graduation. So that with this research, it can be an input in new habits to create competent graduates. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative with a survey approach in the form of percentages. The respondents in this study were SMK Negeri 1 Cilaku Cianjur and partner agencies or those in collaboration with schools. The results of this study show that the basic competencies in the subjects of road and bridge construction with the work competencies needed in the position of draftsman in partner agencies are suitable. The level of relevance of the basic competence of road and bridge construction subjects with the work competencies required in the position of road and bridge construction draftsman is included in the relevant qualification or category with a percentage weight of 76.19%.
