Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya pengawasan pada situs Detik Forum yang
dimanfaatkan warganet sebagai momentum untuk melegitimasi tuturan bermuatan
penghinaan. Hal itu terbukti pada salah satu forum dengan 1.095 komentar warganet yang
diduga bermuatan ujaran penghinaan dan pencemaran nama baik terhadap artis Indonesia.
Fokus pembahasan pada penelitian yaitu 1) bentuk tindak tutur ilokusi warganet dalam
situs Detik Forum, 2) daya ilokusi pada tuturan warganet dalam situs Detik Forum, 3)
implikatur pada tuturan warganet dalam situs Detik Forum, 4) tingkat validitas tuturan
warganet yang diduga mengandung ujaran penghinaan dalam situs Detik Forum. Data
diambil dari kolom diskusi atau komentar dalam forum yang berjudul “Putri Anne
Dilarang Pamer Foto Bareng Arya Saloka”. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif
kualitatif dengan kerangka analisis linguistik forensik berdasarkan teori-teori pragmatik.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa daya ilokusi tuturan warganet dalam forum tersebut
didominasi oleh tindak tutur asertif. Kemudian, implikatur percakapan pada tuturan
warganet dimayoritasi dengan pelanggaran terhadap maksim kualitas. Berdasarkan tingkat
validitasnya, tuturan warganet dalam forum tersebut berdimensi tindakan menghina,
mencemarkan nama baik, menyindir dengan mengolok-olok kejelekan serta aib seseorang
di hadapan publik sehingga merasa malu.

This research was motivated by the lack of supervision on the Detik Forum site was used
by netizens as a momentum to legitimize insulting speeches. This was proven in one forum
with 1,095 netizen comments allegedly containing insults and defamation of Indonesian
artists. The focus of the discussion on the research is 1) the form of illocutionary speech
acts of citizens on the Detik Forum site, 2) the illocutionary power of citizen speech on the
Detik Forum site, 3) implicatures in the utterances of netizens on the Detik Forum site, 4)
the level of validity of the citizen's speech which is suspected to contain utterances. insults
in the Detik Forum site. The data is taken from the discussion column or comments in the
forum entitled "Putri Anne Is Prohibited from Showing Photos with Arya Saloka". This
study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a forensic linguistics analysis framework
based on pragmatic theories. The results of this study indicate that the illocutionary power
of the citizen's speech in the forum is dominated by assertive speech acts. Then, the
conversational implicatures in the utterances of the netizens are dominated by violations
of the maxim of quality. Based on the level of validity, the utterances of netizens in the
forum have the dimensions of insulting, defaming, satire by making fun of someone's
ugliness and disgrace in public so that they feel ashamed.
