Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: 1). Pengaruh tingkat pendidikan terhadap transformasi struktur ekonomi masyarakat Bajo, 2). Pengaruh nilai-nilai budaya lokal terhadap transformasi struktur ekonomi masyarakat Bajo. 3). Pengaruh transformasi struktur ekonomi terhadap tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat Bajo, 4). Pengaruh simultan tingkat pendidikan dan nilai-nilai budaya lokal terhadap transformasi struktur ekonomi masyarakat Bajo. 5). Pengaruh simultan tingkat pendidikan dan nilai-nilai budaya lokal melalui transformasi struktur ekonomi terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat Bajo

Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian Kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengunakan instrument (angket) skala Likert/Gutman. Data penelitian ini selanjutkan di lakukan analisis data, dan dimulai dari; uji validitas, dan uji reliabilitas guna menguji ke akuratan dan kesungguhan dari jawaban responden, dan uji goodness of fit. Uji goodness of fit merupakan bagian utaman dari analisis SEM, dilakukan untuk mengetahui kecocokan model yang dihipotesiskan.

Hasil temuan disimpulan, sebagai berikut; 1). Tinggi rendahnya transformasi struktur ekonomi positif di pengaruhi oleh tingkat pendidikan, 2). Nilai-nilai budaya lokal berpengaruh negatif terhadap transformasi struktur ekonomi. 3). Tinggi rendahnya kesejahteraan positif di pengaruhi oleh transformasi struktur ekonomi masyarakat Bajo, 4). Tinggi rendahnya transformasi struktur ekonomi positif di pengaruhi oleh tingkat pendidikan, dan nilai-nilai budaya lokal. 5). Tinggi rendahnya kesejahteraan positif di pengaruhi oleh tingkat pendidikan dan nilai-nilai budaya lokal melalui transformasi struktur ekonomi masyarakat Bajo.

Aims of same this research are to understand: 1) the effect of education level on economic structural transformation in the Bajo community, 2) the effect of local cultural values on economic structural transformation in the Bajo community, 3) the effect of economic structural transformation on the Bajo community’s welfare level, 4) the simultaneous effect of educational level and local cultural values on economic structural transformation in the Bajo community, 5) the simultaneous effect of educational level and local cultural values through economic structures on Bajo community’s welfare.

The method used is a quantitative research. Data collection was conducted by using the Likert/Gutman scale’s instrument (questionnaires). Results are concluded as follows: 1). The level of economic structural transformation is positively affected by education level, 2). Local cultural values negatively provide influence on economic structural transformation, 3) the level of the Bajo’s community welfare is positively affected by economic structural transformation, 4). The level of economic structural transformation is positively affected by education level, and local cultural values. 5). The level of the Bajo’s community welfare is positively affected by education level and local cultural values through economic structural transformation
