Abstract

Berdasarkan asumsi tersebut, penulis mengemukakan pertanyaan penelitian
sebagai rumusan masalah, yaitu "Apakah proses pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani di
sekolah dasar yang dilakukan oleh guru yang berkualifikasi akademik SGO lebih
efektifdan lebih baik daripada guru yang berkualifikasi akademik D2-PGSD ?". Dari
rumusan masalah tersebut dapat disusun hipotesis bahwa proses dan hasil
pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani di sekolah dasar yang dilakukan oleh guru yang
berkualifikasi akademik SGO lebih efektif dan lebih baik daripada guru yang
berkualifikasi D2-PGSD.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan
menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data tes, observasi, dan wawancara. Data hasil tes
diolah secara kuantitatif, data hasil observasi dan wawancaradiolah secara kualitatif.
Tes yang dilakukan terhadap siswa meliputi tes tentang sikap, pemecahan
masalah, kepatuhan dan kepedulian lingkungan, dan diperolah data bahwa siswa yang
diajar olah guru yang berkualifikasi SGO lebih baik dari guru yang berkualifikasi D2-
PGSD. Hasil obsevasi di kelas di peroleh data bahwa proses pembelajaran yang
dilakukan oleh guru yang berkualifikasi akademik SGO lebih efektif dari guru yang
berkualifikasi D2-PGSD.
Hasil pengolahan data tersebut telah membuktikan kebenaran hipotesis,
bahwa proses pembelajaran dan hasil belajar yang dilakukan oleh guru yang
berkualifikasi akademik SGO lebih baik dan lebih efektif daripada guru yang
berkualifikasi D2-PGSD.

Refer to that assumption, the writer gives research question as the basic
problem that is "Is teaching learning process ofphysical education in elementary
school conducted by SGO qualification more effective and better than D2-PGSD
qualification?. " Therefore the hypothesis could be concluded as teaching andresult
of learning process ofphysical education conducted by SGO qualification is more
effective and better than D2-PGSD.
The writer useddescriptive method as the research method by using testdata
gathering technique, observation and interview. The writer use quantitative method
for test result and qualitative methodfor observation and interview method.
Testfollowed by students were test of attitude, problem solving, discipline and
awareness environment. The result is that students who are taught by SGO
qualification are better that students taught by D2-PGSD. Observation result is
teaching learning process conducted by SGO qualification is more effective than D2-
PGSD.
The result of the data proved that teaching learning process and learning
result conducted by SGO qualification is better and more effective than D2-PGSD
qualification.
