Abstract

Perhatian orang tua siswa terhadap pendidikan jasmani masih rendah. Hal ini
dipicu oleh anggapan bahwa pendidikan jasmani adalah mata pelajaran yang tidak
penting. Kurangnya guru pendidikan jasmani di sekolah dasar dan kurangnya fasilitas
pembelajaran serta guru pendidikan jasmani yang masih berorientasi mengajar
kecahangan olahragamenyebabkan kemampuan gerak siswasekolahdasar rendah.
Berdasarkan latar belakang di atas, penulis mencoba memberikan alternatif
pemecahan masalah melalui pembelajaran permainan kecil menggunakan alat dan
tanpa alat Bentuk pembelajaran ini dianggap sesuai dengan karaktetistik siswa
sekolah dasar.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui pengaruh permainan kecil
menggunakan alat terhadap kemampuan gerak siswa sekolah dasar, (2) mengetahui
pengaruh permainan kecil tanpa alat terhadap kemampuan gerak siswa sekolah dasar,
(3) mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh permainan kecil menggunakan alat dan tanpa alat
terhadap kemampuan gerak siswa sekolah dasar.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen. Teknik pengambilan
data menggunakan tes. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah motor
ability test untuk sekolah dasar yang terdiri atas stuttle run test, lempar tangkap bola 1
meter ke tembok selama 30 detik, stork stand position balance test, dan lari 30 meter.
Teknik yang digunakan untuk pengujian hipotesis adalah Uji-t.
Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1) Permainan kecil
menggunakan alat berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan gerak siswa sekolah dasar; 2)
Permainan kecil tanpa alat berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan gerak siswa sekolah
dasar; 3) Terdapat perbedaan kemampuan gerak yang signiflkan antara kelompok
perlakuan yang dihasilkan antara permainan kecil menggunakan alat dan tanpa alat.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengaruh permainan
kecil menggunakan alat lebih efektif daripada pengaruh permainan kecil tanpa alat
dalam mengembangkan kemampuan gerak siswa sekolah dasar.
Rekomendasi yang ingin penulis berikan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah agar
pemerintah dan masyarakat lebih memperhatikan pendidikan jasmani, menambah
guru pendidikan jasmani sesuai dengan kebutuhan khususnya di sekolah dasar,
menyediakan fasilitas untuk bermain, dan guru pendidikan jasmani dalam
memberikan pembelajaran hendaknya lebih berorientasi kepada perkembangan dan
pertumbuhan siswa sekolah dasar.

Paying attention toward physical education is still relatively less applied by
their parents. At this point, it is effected by the issues that physical education is an
unessential lecture. The lack of physical teacher and teaching-learning facilities
which imperfect, besides physical teacher who oriented to the kinds of physical
joint caused their motor ability are still inferior.
Based on the highlight above the writer is tried to make alternative solution
through the simple-plays learning as mentioned on the top. The system is supposed
to an appropriate characteristic ofelementary students.
The research is the aim to: (1) knowing the simple-plays by using appliance
influence toward students motor ability, (2) knowing simple-plays' by using nonappliance
influence toward students motor ability, (3) knowing the difference of
simple-plays' influence dealing with the using of appliance and non-appliance
toward students motor ability.
The research method used is an experiment. Technique of collecting data is
a test. The instrument used on this research is motor ability test for the elementary
students includes shuttle run test, throw-catch ball 1 metre to the wall for 30
seconds, stork stand position balance test, and running for 30 metre. The technique
used to hypothesis testing is t-test.
The result gained on this research are: (1) Simple-plays by using appliance
affected toward the students motor ability, (2) Simple-plays by using non-appliance
affected toward the students motor ability, (3) There is a significantly different in
motor ability betweenthe group escorted by applianceand non-appliance.
Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that simple-plays'
influence using appliance is more effectively than using non-appliance instead.
Recommendation that the writer used on the research in order to the
government and the people are more deeply paying attention to the physical
education and also accommodate physical teacher accordance with especially the
needs, providing facilities for playing dealing with physical activities. It is
recommended that physical teacher should be more oriented to the development
and students elementary school growth.
