Abstract

Uji coba dilakukan sebanyak dua kali. Berdasarkan respon partisipan media memberikan dampak positif terhadap pengembangan kemampuan mereka. The aim of this research is to design a virtual solfeggio media that is equipped with audio visuals to play the sheet music for distance learning using zoom and Musescore program. This media was designed because students are less sensitive to musical aspects such as sound, melody, harmony, rhythm and dynamics. This ability developed with solfeggio. Studying and practicing it allows students to recognize and understand the meaning of musical symbols and the sounds they produce. The methods of this research are Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate (ADDIE method). Data collected through interviews, observations, questionnaires, and documentation. There were 10 participants in vocal class from India, United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong, Kuwait, Qatar and the Philippines with an age range of 7-12 years. The researcher conducted interviews on the analysis stage and found that the students lacked knowledge and skills in Solfeggio & Musescore. After analyzing, next step is material design. The material is divided into three parts which are Natural Tonality, Various Tonality and Find the Differences. The material framework that has been designed will be transcribed into the Musescore application and then create a book guide for participants and teachers. The test was carried out twice. Based on the responses of the participants, the media has a positive impact on the development of their musical abilities.
