Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengaruh program kemitraan dan bina lingkungan dan good corporate governance terhadap nilai perusahaan (studi empiris pada perusahaan BUMN yang terdaftar di BEI). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan BUMN yang terdaftar dalam Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling dengan memperoleh 7 sampel penelitian sesuai kriteria dengan kurun waktu dari tahun 2013-2019. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan dan laporan tahunan perusahaan yang berkaitan. Pengujian hipotesis yang dilakukan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa (1) efektivitas program kemitraan dan bina lingkungan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan; (2) efisiensi program kemitraan dan bina lingkungan berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan; (3) Good Corporate Governance tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan; (4) efektivitas, efisiensi program kemitraan dan bina lingkungan dan Good Corporate Governance berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap nilai perusahaan. This study aims to determine the effect of partnership and community development programs and good corporate governance on firm value (empirical study of state-owned companies listed on the IDX). The research method used in this research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The population in this study are state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The sampling method used was purposive sampling by obtaining 7 research samples according to the criteria with the timeframe from 2013-2019. The data used is secondary data obtained from financial reports and annual reports of related companies. Hypothesis testing is done is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that (1) the effectiveness of the partnership program and community development has no effect on firm value; (2) the efficiency of the partnership program and community development has an effect on company value; (3) Good Corporate Governance has no effect on company value; (4) the effectiveness and effiviency of the partnership program and community development and Good Corporate Governance has an effect on company value.
