Abstract
Pandemi covid-19 secara nyata telah berdampak terhadap kehidupan sosial dan perekonomian global. Pariwisata menjadi salah satu sektor yang paling terpengaruh pertama kalinya oleh pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini menganalisisseberapa besar dampak yang ditimbulkan oleh pandemi covid-19 terhadap industri pariwisata di kawasan Geopark Ciletuh Palabuhanratu. Penelitian ini fokus pada pengaruh pandemi terhadap motivasi berwisata, komponen industri wisata terdampak dan kebijakan yang diterapkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan survey. Tehnik analisis data yang dilakukan dengan presentase, analisis regresi linier berganda, skala likert dan SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dampak yang ditimbulkan oleh adanya pandemi covid-19 yaitu berubahnya alasan motivasi berkunjung wisatawan antara sebelum terjadinya pandemi dan sesudah terjadinya pandemi berupa tidak terdapatnya wisatawan yang berkunjung karena alasan pendidikan dan bisnis. Hal tersebut menjadi salah satu penyebab turunnya kunjungan wisata ke kawasan Geopark Ciletuh Palabuhanratu dan terdampaknya beberapa komponen pariwisata seperti atraksi budaya, mobilisasi moda transportasi, fasilitas pendukung, akomodasi dan aktifitas wisata.Pengaruh pandemi tersebut sangat signifikan berdampak negatif terhadap komponen motivasi dan komponen industri pariwisata di kawasan Geopark Ciletuh Palabuhanratu hal tersebut didapatkan dari hasil analisis statistik regresi linier berganda. Kebijakan yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah setempat yaitu dengan melaksanakan Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat khususnya pada sektor industri pariwisata. Solusi dalam mengatasi dampak covid-19 yaitu dengan Memaksimalkan semua upaya menangani dampak covid-19 dan mengajak semua stakeholder untuk berkerjasama sesuai dengan pemetaan pemecahan masalah dan program Clealiness, Health and Safety. Tourism became the only sector most affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. This study examines how big the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the tourism industry in the Ciletuh Palabuhanratu Geopark area. This study focuses on the effect of the pandemic on travel motivation, components of the tourism industry and the policies implemented. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method using a survey approach. The data analysis technique was carried out with percentages, multiple linear regression analysis, Likert scale and SWOT. The results of the study show that the impact caused by the covid-19 pandemic was the change in the motivation for visiting tourists between before the pandemic and during the pandemic in the form of the absence of tourists visiting for educational and business reasons. Thes was one of the causes of the decrease in visits to the Ciletuh Palabuhanratu Geopark area and provides several tourism components such as cultural attractions, mobilization of transportation modes, supporting facilities, accommodation and tourist activities. The influence of the pandemic has a very significant negative impact on the motivational components and components of the tourism industry in the Ciletuh Palabuhanratu Geopark area, theise was obtained from the results of multiple linear regression statistical analysis. The policy carried out by the local government is to implement the Enforcement of Restrictions on Community Activities, especially in the tourism industry sector. The solution in overcoming the impact of covid-19 is by maximizing all effortsto handle the impact of covid-19 and inviting all stakeholders to work together in accordance with problem solving and the Hygiene, Health and Safety program.
