Abstract

ABSTRAK Sejak terjadinya kasus covid-19, terjadi berbagai permasalah diantaranya adalah masalah ekonomi yang berimbas ke masalah sosial, seperti kesehatan dan pendidikan. Banyak kota yang mengalami permasalaham tersebut, salah satunya adalah Kabupaten Kuningan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat sebelum dan pada masa pandemic covid-19 di Kabupaten Kuningan, serta mengidentifikasi upaya yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat dalam menghadapi covid-19. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Uji Beda. Diperoleh hasil analisis yaitu ada perbedaan kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat sebelum dan pada masa pandemi di Kabupaten Kuningan. Hasil analisis uji beda perbedaan kondisi sosial ekonomi sebelum dan pada masa pandemi menggunakan Paired Sample t-Test di kedua wilayah menunjukan bahwa ada perbedaan kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat sebelum dan pada masa pandemic di kawasan suburban dan rural dengan diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,000 yang artinya ada dibawah taraf signifikansi penelitian yang telah ditentukan yaitu 0,05. Perubahan paling tinggi terdapat di wilayah suburban dibandingkan dengan wilayah rural, hal ini menunjukkan daerah suburban lebih rentan terhadap pengaruh eksternal dibandingkan dengan wilayah rural. Kata Kunci: Kondisi Sosial Ekonomi, Pandemi Covid-19 ABSTRACT Since the occurrence of the Covid-19 case, various problems have occurred, including economic problems that have an impact on social problems, such as health and education. Many cities are experiencing this problem, one of which is Kuningan Regency. The purpose of this study was to identify the socio-economic conditions of the community before and during the COVID-19 pandemic in Kuningan Regency, and to identify the efforts made by the community in dealing with COVID-19. The method used in this research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. Data processing in this study used the analysis of the difference test. The results of the analysis showed that there were differences in the socio-economic conditions of the community before and during the pandemic in Kuningan Regency. The results of the analysis of differences in socio-economic conditions before and during the pandemic using the Paired Sample t-Test in the two regions showed that there were differences in the socioeconomic conditions of the community before and during the pandemic in suburban and rural areas with a significance value of 0.000, which means that it is below the level of The research significance that has been determined is 0.05. The highest changes are found in suburban areas compared to rural areas, this shows that suburban areas are more susceptible to external influences than rural areas.
