    Abstract

    Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai aspek verba dalam bahan ajar bahasa jepang tigkat menengah. Dengan mengumpulkan data mengenai aspek verba yang terdapat dalam 5 bahan ajar yang banyak digunakan perguruan tinggi dan lembaga pembelajaran bahasa jepang, hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar kebutuhan pemisahan aspek dan system temporal lainnya.
    Data yang diambil dari bahan ajar adalah data kuantitaif dengan tambahan data dari kuesioner yang hasilnya dipersentasekan. Data yang ada tidak disajikan dalam bentuk angka-angka melainkan secara deskriptif kualitatif. Pendataan dilakukan dengan teori kindaichi sebagai landasannya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ragam verba aspek dengan kategori tertentu sebaiknya dipisahkan dengan penegrtiannya dalam kalimat sebagai kala. Hal ini akan sangat membantu pembelajar memahami bahwa aspek dan kala merupakan dua hal yang berbeda meskipun memiliki kaitan.

    This research was conducted to obtain the description of aspect verbs which contained in several intermediate Japanese lesson books. By collecting data about aspect verbs in five intermediate Japanese lesson books, the results of the research is expected to be a basic need in distinguishing aspect from the other temporal systems. The data which collected from several lesson books are quantitative data added with some data from questionnaire and the results were presented in percentage format. After that, the data were descriptive qualitatively explained. The data was collected based on The Kindaichi’s theory. Based on the results of the research, the meaning of aspect verb in a certain category which contained in a sentence should be distinguished from the meaning which viewed from the standpoint of tense. It will help the Japanese learners to understand that aspect and tense are two different things, although they have some connections.
