Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni untuk memperoleh sistem telemetri peringatan dini banjir yang dapat memberikan notifikasi melalui telegram. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen. Ada tiga tahapan dalam metode ini yakni pertama merancang sistem pengukuran parameter dini banjir baik bagian hardware maupun bagian software. Kemudian yang kedua merancang sistem telemetri peringatan dini banjir dengan cara mengembangkan bagian software dari sistem sebelumnya agar dapat dipantau secara real time melalui website . Lalu yang terakhir mengembangkan sistem telemetri peringatan dini banjir agar dapat mengirimkan notifikasi melalui telegram. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat diambil kesimpulan yakni sistem telemetri peringatan dini banjir telah diperoleh dan dapat memantau data secara real time serta telah berhasil mengirimkan notifikasi berupa level kewaspadaan melalui telegram. The purpose of this study is to obtain a flood early warning telemetry system that can provide notifications via telegram. The research method used is the experimental method. There are three stages in this method, namely the first to design a flood early parameter measurement system, both the hardware and software parts. Then the second is designing a flood early warning telemetry system by developin g the software part of the previous system so that it can be monitored in real time through the website. Then the last one developed a flood early warning telemetry system to be able to send notifications via telegram. The results of this study can be conc luded that a flood early warning telemetry system has been obtained and can monitor data in real time and has succeeded in sent notifications in the form of alertness levels via telegram.
