Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau hubungan antara self efficacy dan perceived organizational support dengan keterikatan kerja pada karyawan. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan departemen Operation unit theme park PT. Para Bandung Propertindo dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sehingga jumlah karyawan yang menjadi sampel adalah 119 orang. Hasil penelitian menjawab tiga rumusan masalah, pertama: Terdapat Hubungan Signifikan antara Self Efficacy dengan Keterikatan Kerja karyawan unit theme park PT. Para Bandung Propertindo. Hipotesis Ha diterima karena pada uji hipotesis variabel self efficacy memiliki signifikansi sebesar 0,01 (sig < 0,05), dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,237. Kedua: Terdapat Hubungan signifikan antara Perceived Organizational Support dengan Keterikatan Kerja karyawan unit theme park PT. Para Bandung Propertindo. Hipotesis Ha diterima karena pada uji hipotesis variabel perceived organizational support memiliki signifikansi sebesar 0,00 (sig < 0,05) dan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,407. Ketiga: Terdapat Hubungan Self Efficacy dan Perceived Organizational Support dengan Keterikatan Kerja pada karyawan unit theme park PT. Para Bandung Propertindo. Hipotesis Ha diterima karena pada korelasi ganda diperoleh nilai R sebesar 0,483. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa self efficacy dan perceived organizational support secara bersama-sama memiliki hubungan dengan keterikatan kerja. Kata kunci : self efficacy, perceived organizational support, keterikatan kerja karyawan. This research was held to review the correlation between self-efficacy and perceived organizational support with engagement. Design of this research is quantitative with descriptive method and questionnaire techniques. The population in this study were employees of the department Operation PT. Para Bandung Propertindo theme park unit, samples are 119 employees were selected by purposive sampling technique. Results of this research are, first : There is a significant correlation between self-efficacy with engagement at theme park unit PT. The Bandung Propertindo. Ha hypothesis is accepted because the self-efficacy variable hypothesis test has a significance of 0.01 (sig < 0.05) and has correlation coefficient of 0.237. Second: There is a significant correlation between perceived organizational support with engagement at theme park unit PT. Para Bandung Propertindo. Ha hypothesis is accepted because the hypothesis test variables of perceived organizational support has a significance of 0.00 (sig < 0.05) and has correlation coefficient of 0,407. Third: Between self-efficacy and perceived organizational support with engagement at theme park unit PT. Para Bandung Propertindo has correlation. Ha hypothesis is accepted since the multiple correlation obtained R value of 0.483. This means that self-efficacy and perceived organizational support together has correlation with engagement.
